Need help with Opensite explorer

Hi,
Every time i try to create an advanced report with Opensite it will get to around 4-6k links and then start to finalize the report, however it says i have 750k links aiming at my root domain.
I have not used any of the page/domain authority filters, any ideas on why this could be cutting me off?

Hi Kyle,
Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. Our system is only able to export 25 links from each linking root domain so, if one root domain (including your own) has a large number of links, you wouldn't be able to export all of the links from that domain. Because of the discrepancy between the number of links we are exporting and the total number of links you are seeing in Open Site Explorer, it sounds like there are several site that have a very large number of links to your site.

Open Site Explorer & SEOMoz Bar for Chrome Showing Different Numbers
When I run a report on OSE checking for linking root domains, the number is always different from the number of root domain links that the SEOMoz bar shows in Chrome. For example on OSE a site shows 88 root domain links, but in the SEOMoz bar, it shows 110 root domain links. I've tested this issue with several sites and there is always a discrepancy in the number of root domain links. Does anyone know which one is actually correct and why this might be happening? Thanks.

Open Site Explorer Social Media?
Open Site Explorer always reports only a few facebook likes. If I go to the business page of the site, it has 100+ likes. This seems to happen a lot. Is this a OSE issue or is there an issue with the site clearly being defined to google as a connected facebook account? If OSE doesn't see the likes, will google? How can I fix?

Help with URL parameters in the SEOmoz crawl diagnostics Error report
The crawl diagnostics error report is showing tons of duplicate page titles for my pages that have filtering parameters. These parameters are blocked inside Google and Bing webmaster tools. I do I block them within the SEOmoz crawl diagnostics report?

In Site Explorer My Blog.URL.com Shows "No Data Available for this URL"
Why when I use http://www.opensiteexplorer.org and I'm researching our Blog.URL.com's does the tool say "No Data Available for this URL"? Example: http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/links?site=blog.centurypayments.com

Links from External Sites not Showing on OpenSite or Google Webmaster Tools
Hi, I asked this in another post, but didn't get a solid answer. For several websites I manage, I have access to their Google Webmaster Tools. When I put the site through there, or the link:// or SEOMoz's OpenSite link reporter, I get not even a fraction of the links that I know are pointing to the websites in question. Some of these links are from home pages or side columns, and some are from articles keep within a website, like at Inc.com. I wondered if the links in question were not themselves being indexed, but if I do a very specific search, I can pull them up in the search results. Is it just common knowledge that these link tools are not accurate? And to assume that somehow, search engines really do see all of the inbound links, even if our reporting tools don't. Only 2 internal links in OpenSite Explorer?
In Open Site Explorer´s tab Full list of Metrics I get for the Page Specific Metrics only 2 Internal Followd Links for one of my websites domain URL. I have checked this metric for other websites and I get some surprising results. Most of the websites get an amount which seems logical take the size of the site into account. But there are a couple of sites more for which I get very low results like only 1 or 2 Internal Followed Links! This is strange because the sites do have at least more than a 100 internal pages which are all linking back to the domain and are indexed in Google. I have checked if there is something strange with the robots.txt or htaccess but I havent found anything. So I wonder if this a failure in Open Site Explorer or can there be any other explanation?
