Adding twitter-accounts
-
I can only add one twitter account to compare with? Even though the text on page says:
"Track and compare Twitter accounts
Add up to three additional Twitter accounts to compare performance. Only public metrics will be tracked, so you won’t need to validate these accounts."
-
To bad this case got closed. Cause it ain't fixed yet. I'm still unable to add more than one twitter account to compare against ...

Hi Joel Sorry if I didn't make myself clear in my first post. I'll try to explain differently: In the Twitter page you write: "you can add up to three additional accounts to compare. I can only successfully add one if I add a second it at first seems correctly added, but no data will show. The icon will remain white and the tracking will not reflect the tweets made by the account. Have a nice weekend. It Sunday here - just past midnight

Hi Ture,
That's why I was asking what your actual problem was. You've got multiple Twitter handles being tracked and are having difficulties adding additional ones to track. It looks like you didn't send a ticket to [email protected] but sent it directly do one my help team by mistake.
I'll ping him and make sure someone tackles your issue as soon as they can. It is a holiday weekend here in the states and many of us are spending time with our families.
Thanks,
Joel. -
Hi Joel To me it looks like I have only one extra twitter account added per campaign to compare against. Vingresor on one and ApolloRejserDK on the other Why is this thread marked as answered? I somehow thought I was to decide that, when I was the one who raised the question? - and no, my problem has not been solved. I cannot add more than one account to compare against under twitter. If I add more than one, they are showing as empty accounts that do not make tweets on twitter. Account seem added, but they show up without an icon and their tweets never show on the graph. So yet another error on seomoz. I love your tools, but they never work. I'm running out of excuses to keep this account alive. I think I have 5 open cases that you have marked as "answered", but yet they all seem unresolved. Replying "Yes it works" doesnt fix things. If I identify a problem and spent time writing you about it, there might be a reason and something might be wrong. Could you send me a screenshot of you findings proving me wrong? I tried to send you a recap of my problems to [email protected] just yesterday.

Hey Ture,
Right. Are you having trouble adding more than that?
Thanks,
Joel. -

Hey there,
Sorry for any confusion.
It looks like both your campaigns do currently have multiple twitter accounts being tracked. Are you having trouble adding more than that? Thanks,
Joel. -

Adding canonical still returns duplicate pages
According to SEOmoz, several of my campaigns show that I have duplicate pages (SEOmoz Errors). Upon reading more about how to resolve the issue, I followed SEOmoz's suggestion to add rel='canonical' <links>to each page. After the next SEOmoz crawl, the number of SEOmoz Errors related to duplicate pages remained the same and the number of SEOmoz notices shot up indicating that it recognized that I added rel='canonical'.</links> I'm still puzzled as to why the SEOmoz errors did not go down with respect to duplicate page errors after I added rel='canonical', especially since SEOmoz noticed that I added them. Can anyone explain this to me? Thanks,

Does Google have a direct link with facebook and twitter?
Google monitor social media. What I'm wondering is do Google use the same tools we have on Facebook's API, Twitter's API etc to use in their SERPs Or do Facebook grant Google more detailed access to see who has liked links etc. I think it's quite an interesting point as surely I can push up my own count by repeatedly sharing my own links, which wouldn't be genuine. If Google had better access they could then determine what's been faked etc.
