After validating the CSS on my site the error "Parse Error title=" was shown with no explanation. What is this?

Optimize CSS Delivery

Hi, I am loading 3 CSS files here: http://www.viatrading.com/wholesale/9/Domestics.html PageSpeed is telling me I "should fix" the delivery of these CSS Files (see image). I read https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/OptimizeCSSDelivery , but can't figure out which is my case. The CSS are big, but even if I split them in several, all CSS files are still showing up as render-blocking. I moved them to the header/footer, but the message is still appearing. Is this sitemap valid?

I seem to be having a problem getting google to index all the pages on my site. Usually within a week they've been indexed. The sitemap url is http://www.local-sex-search.com/sitemap.xml (this is an adult dating site). Any help appreciated.

Does css float affect SEO?

It is generally believed that the closer the content is to the top of the page, the better it is for SEO. If that's incorrect, please let me know. I have a 2 column site where the left menu is navigation and right side is content. Obviously, the left menu appears in the code before the content does, but I can flip them around via css float. If I do that, the content will appear on the left visually, even though in the code it still comes after the left side navigation. Do either positions affect seo?

CSS Sprites

I have 6 social icons linked from the header area of my site and I am trying to replace them with a CSS Sprite but cannot get it to work. The current icons are located in a header widget area of my theme through a text box. When I add the new html in the text box and the CSS in the style sheet, the sprite does not show up. Are there any good tutorials on this subject?
