Hey Stephen & Melinda,
The most common cause of this type of scenario is having your competitors misconfigured in your campaign settings.
If you have your competitor setup for example.com but they have a 301 redirect to www.example.com the system will only look for pages ranking without the www since our competitor metrics only deal with subdomain and not root.
Essentially you need to find which version of the page your competitors are using and use that. I checked your accounts and found that was the cause in both your cases.
I'd be happy to provide more specific examples if you want to email us at help [at] seomoz [dot] org and include your email and campaign information.
Thanks! I hope that makes sense.

This is NOT working - i'm having the same problem as the original poster. I've checked Google and my competitors rankings are all in the top 50. Please help
-
Thanks for the question!
I just took a look at your campaign and everything is set up correctly. After running a search for the first couple terms on Google.be in incognito mode, I didn't see any of your listed competitors show up in the top 50. This is why we're not showing any data for them in the rankings section of the page. Once they do hit the top 50, we'll begin to track them in app for you.
Best,
Sam

Following moz guideliness complety, will it certainly improve keyword rankings, domain authority
Hi! G’day to you. I am Naresh from Dotline Infotech. I’d like to take up couple of concerns to be clarified for my better understanding on Moz tool. Indeed, Moz is a nice SEO tool that helps in improving Search engine optimization comprehensive process. We are moz pro member since a year. Moz has equally bifurcated every SEO activity and rate it according to its own benchmark. I intend to ask a series of concerns; Q1. Moz has page grading system A to F. According to Moz guidelines, if the keywords on the page gets repeated minimum 4 times, Moz consider it as ‘A’ grading (one of Moz metric to evaluating the page). Whereas, Google indicates repetition of same keywords time and again is treated as keyword stuffing. According to me, if keywords are already within the content one or two time and furnishing relevant information, why keywords re-occurrence to be 4 time. Does the repetition of same keywords 4 times will lead to give more valuable information? Just a request to let me share why we should unnecessarily repeat keywords? Q2. As per Google guidelines, only 3 keywords can be placed in title tag and also advisable to use only one h1 tag instead of multiple. Among 3 keywords in title tag, only one main keyword can be used in H1 tag. Moz gives much weight age to that particular keyword placed in H1 tag but rest two keywords does not get any importance. I just like to know if we use three H1 tags within page, will it increase the page grading or not. Q3. Does Moz tool have its own index data or refer to Google’s ones? Q4. Following the Moz guidelines completely, will it be 100% sure all our keyword rankings, page authority, domain authority certainly be improved. Looking forward to hear you soon. Thanks

Why is my site not ranking?
I have done various link building strategies, and used all white hat seo methods. SEOMoz even shows that my site is better than all my competition, but yet it doesn't rank ANYWHERE on Google. Can someone point me in the right direction as to why this is happening? I have attached the opensitexplorer screenshot showing my competition. 2013-02-13_1456_zpsb86ab0e1.png

Comparing Rankings Performance by Date
I would like to demonstrate to our clients how the Search Engine Rankings have improved or declined based on a date range i.e. this month vs last month and this month vs the same month last year. I could do a keyword ranking history export and create a chart in Excel from that information, however does anyone have any suggestions as to how this can be done more dynamically/automatically? Are there any API options or even a way to schedule the export of the historical data on a monthly basis? Any suggestions would be most welcome! Thanks Steve

Keyword Difficulty / Search Volume
Hello all, What do you think about using Keyword Difficulty divided by Search Volume as an alternative to keyword efficiency indexes? ETA: Obviously this wouldn't be a hard and fast metric, but a general indicator to be taken into account along with other data.

Confusion about how SEOMOZ crawler works...
So according to my SEOMOZ dashboard, I'm ranking between #3-4 for one of my keywords. My keyword is 'Boston Wedding Photographer'. My site is http://www.symbolphoto.com I show up in google places, true. But i was wanting to rank organically. Am i right in the assumption that Google Places and Google Organic are not the same thing? SEOMOZ claims 3,4th but not organically(Assuming they aren't the same thing) I get pretty good traffic right now being in Places, but i can't help but feel that organically ranking would bring more traffic. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. TIA! -Brendan
