Ranking a specific inner page for a specific website

Hi, I'm new here and it's my first question.
I'm not so new in SEO, the thing that I know now is google has changed its game plan. lol.
My question is:
- I have a specific website (aged website but not well-optimized overall), and I want the inner page (with good on page optimization for a certain kw) to rank for the main kw that it's optimized for.
How to do this these days?
Should we build more kw to this page like usual? If yes, then what best practices to do it?

SPAMMY links to my search results page
Hi, I have a big problem, somehow someone has built THOUSANDS of SPAMMY links to my site's search result pages with keywords that does not even make sense or inline with the site. Is it better to develop a good keyword I found on a new page on an established website or make a new site?
So I found a keyword that I want to go after, it gets over 30k searches a month, has a 100% CTR and has a difficulty of 42. Now my question is would it be better to build a page on our already established site (DA of 46) since the site and keyword are both related. Or would it be better to get a domain of that keyword and build a small site about it? The .com is taken but I could get a .co or .us just not sure if its worth making a new site or if I should just build a page on my current site about it.

Too many on page links
Hi i'm new to MOZ, after sacking my SEO consultant due to the penguin update. My site position isn't fantastic right now for my national and local search terms 😞 The first problem i have is tackling too many on page links. I understand it should be 100 or less, unless users would benefit more. Looking at my links i have up to 200 on page links (which i know are not beneficial or user friendly). If i give you an example this page has 208 links: http://www.drivejohnsons.co.uk/blog/page/3 Heres another one with 157 links: http://www.drivejohnsons.co.uk/author/admin/page/2 Here's one that isn't associated with my blog that has 188 links: http://www.drivejohnsons.co.uk/testimonials On average most pages excluding the blog have around 120 links per page and i know thats to do with my Nav Bar - which i will sort out. My question is: Because the majority of these high link pages are associated with my blog, will that affect my site SEO performance? If yes, does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can reduce the total links on each page within my blog? The more i blog, this number is only going to increase 😞 Im using wordpress. Links on Charity websites?
Do links on link pages or home pages work on unrelated sites, I know if a site is unrelated and the content is related it puts a similarity in the link to helps it's worth but with just a link on a links page (5-10 other links not a directory) does this pass any power or is it a bad idea.

Friendly and pages regular expression
Hi, I am trying to fix this with a reg expression but I dont know how. Here is the example: I would like to have my link like this: mysite.com/noticias/123/here-comes-the-title-page-2 I have a mod_rewrite rule with this: RewriteRule ^/noticias/([a-zA-Z0-9]+)/([a-zA-Z0-9-]+)-(pagina)-([0-9]+)$ /myphp.php?&id=$1&ipag=$4 [L,NC] It doesnt work. I think that the problem resides here ([a-zA-Z0-9-]+) because the title is split with "-" and the rule doenst know when the title finish. Now, if I have a rule like this it works: mysite.com/noticias/123/here-comes-the-title_page-2 RewriteRule ^/noticias/([a-zA-Z0-9]+)/([a-zA-Z0-9-]+)_(pagina)-([0-9]+)$ /myphp.php?&id=$1&ipag=$4 [L,NC] How can I fix this to have a "-pagina" instead of "_pagina" Thanks

Domain authority or page authority in ranking
Hi, sorry if this is an obvious one... I am doing some keyword research tool and have a few keywords I wish to ran for. Looking at the DA of the sites on the first page they are averaging 60ish, my site is 33. However, for the keywords I am targeting they seem to have PA of 1, or at best, 5. From what I can make it out appears they are ranking for the keywords because of their strong DA rather than any seo work. If I were to target these keywords and send backlinks to the individual pages and so build up a PA on my pages would this be enough to challenge the competitors or would I still be at a major disadvantage because of my lower DA? Hope that make sense? I know what I mean but hard to explain it Thanks

How specific does keyword anchor text need to be?
I'm trying to get to the bottom of something. If you are trying to optimise for a phrase e.g. "Keyword 1 Keyword 2" And your anchor text is something like "Keyword 1 keyword 2 Another word" Does this still provide as much weight for "keyword 1 keyword 2" or does the additional word come into play and dilute the effect? If it does come into play does it have much of an effect?
