What is the Best Local Ranking Tool?

I'm trying to track down a tool that will provide localized rankings within Google Maps/Places, Yahoo Local, Bing Local as well as major local directories such as Yelp, Yellow Pages, etc.
Additionally, I'm looking for the results to provide the address being displayed in the ranking.
Any suggestions?

I ended up going with BrightLocal and, while they do provide a lot of the data I needed, aggregating it can be difficult without dedicated support on the BrightLocal side.

That is a tall order, especially when you throw in local directories like Yelp and Yellow Pages. I'd love to know if there is such a tool out there. I do know that Authority Labs provides results based on a location. Have you check theirs out?

Rank Report Not Updating
The ranking tool indicates that a new rank report will be generated every Tuesday. My last report was on November 15th. It is now November 25th. It missed last week. Should I report something wrong or is this normal? How do I keep it updating on a weekly basis like it's supposed to? Would you be able to add functionality to rankings report?
It would be great if you could add annotations to the ranking graph so you could easily see when you had added site updates and the effect they had. I would also be grateful for a key on the graph so you didn't have to hover over the lines to see what's what.

Rank tracker not working right
so i'm quite new at using seomoz so maybe this is a silly question. a couple of weeks ago i added 6 url to tack weekly and it's been working so far. since then i've been wanting to add several more but it seems that the list is limited to 6. at first i click the checkbox on track column but when that didn't work i updated each url then click "track this url" --> that didn't work either. can anyone help if maybe i'm doing something wrong? thx

Moztool and on page ranking matching
How does the Moztool compare and filter the search phrases you enter in your campaign? Or more correctly, will it filter out stop words or is it an exact match? For example I enter a phrase to track that say: "book ski trip austria" Identified in Google I see that most users search for just that "book ski trip austria" But in content, I cant write that as that is uncorrect english and I want to maby write something like: "When you book a ski trip to austria you get..." How will this affect my on page SEO report, will it still match and mark a "V" in done or show a an error? Even more interesting is, what happen if you do phrases in different order like "An austrian skip trip will make you feel..."

SEOmoz Rank tracking
I think this tool is a bit off : ) This morning I checked my ranking for a keyword and every time I recheck it I see my results in a different place. I checked on word 5 times and got three different results. Is Google brocken or is the tracker doing its own thing? This is not the first time I am seeing this issue only today its really acting up. IMHO I think it would be best if the tool just says out of order 🙂 rather than 3, 10, 6 for one keyword phrase within ten minutes...

Rankings csv export doesn't show local rank
Is there a way to enable this in the settings somewhere? or is this simply not an available feature yet? Would be really great if there was an extra column in the report that shows local rank, as 93 of our top 100 keywords we track are all blended search results and a lot of the time this shows really inaccurate results because of this.

I'm looking for the best MOZ Pro research tool to track the success of our fledgling blogger outreach/link building efforts. Should we use Open Site Explorer's "Full List of Link Metrics", or is there something better or more granular for counting and analyzing inbound blog links? Thanks!
