Hi David
This is quite easy to set up, so let's run through it:
First, go to https://twitter.com/settings/widgets and create a new widget.
On the next screen, click on the "search" tab. From there, you'll be able to see that you can enter a hashtag or any other search query, so pop in #commercialproperty there.
When done, press "create widget".
When the page refreshes, you should see some code appear below the preview box. You'll end up with something like this:
Tweets about "#commercialproperty"
Add that code to your HTML and hey presto! You now have the feed showing.
And remember, the search field in twitter lets you use normal search parameters just like Google, such as AND or OR commands, or even -from:usernamehere if you want to remove a certain someone from the feed.
For instance, you may want to show tweets containing #commercialproperty or the words "commercial property" together. In this case, you'd enter this search term:
(#commercialproperty) OR (Commercial AND Property)
Here's the code for that widget:
Tweets about "(#commercialproperty) OR (Commercial AND Property)"
Hope this helps!

Is it possible for a twitter user to automate a response to a tweet that I marked as a favorite?
If favorited a tweet of someone I don't know very well and received a response within a few minutes of the tweet asking "where have you been and what are you up to". Seems general enough to be automated and not specific enough for me to think it was personally sent by the user. Thank you.

Do twitter profile links in bio pass juice?
Links that are added in the "Website" field in a twitter profile are nofollow. However, links added to the "Bio" section are dofollow. This has to mean these links are passing juice correct?

Just how popular are some #Twitter Groups
Good Morning from 14 degrees C wetherby UK 🙂 As i sat on my grassy knoll puffing on a pipe overlooking the English country Land I wondered... just how do you measure the volume of users using hash tag twitter groups.... or put another way imagine you say to a client "Ok one idea is to get this friday meal deal promoted on #FF" The client then says... "So how many twitter users use the #FF" It a blunt but legit question & one I couldnt answer right now. So my question is please... "Is there a tool to measure frequency of use with regards to twitter hash tag groups" Thanks in advance 🙂

Multiple twitter accounts for Different countries...
Ok, so we currently operate in the UK, Australia, Ireland, Spain and France. Currently we have a different twitter accounts for each Country. This can be difficult to manage as we are going it all from the UK. I can understand that having separate accounts for foreign language countries is perhaps suitable (we have foreign staff tweeting in their native tongue), but my question is this: Is it worth just tweeting all English speaking activity from one account. I mean at the end of the day we are one company, and also our activity in other countries won't effect our followers, in fact wouldn't it just make them realise we are a global brand? What are the advantages and disadvantages of gradually deleting the other accounts and tweeting all English stuff from the one account? Cheers,
