Lag time between MOZ crawl and report notification?
-
I did a lot of work to one of my sites last week and eagerly awaited this week's MOZ report to confirm that I had achieved what I was trying to do, but alas I still see the same errors and warnings in the latest report. This was supposedly generated five days AFTER I made the changes, so why are they not apparent in the new report? I am mainly referring to missing metadata, long page titles, duplicate content and duplicate title errors (due to crawl and URL issues).
Why would the new crawl not have picked up that these have been corrected? Does it rely on some other crawl having updated (e.g. Google or Bing)?
-
Hello there!
I am sorry to hear our crawl was not able to pick up your changes. Would you be able to send us an email at [email protected] with the campaign name and example URLs of pages that were changed?
Talk to you soon!
-
Ideally it should change! My suggestion is to wait for a week more or email to [email protected] and discuss this issue to them and they will tell you what the problem is!

Mass Moz Grading
I want to know if there's a workaround to grade my individual pages for multiple keywords in a more efficient manner. Let's say for example (this is an extreme hypothetical) that I'm targeting these keywords: "Red Castles" "Blue Cars" "Green Bottles" on one page. I want to know if there is a way to run three grade reports at once for the single page that they're on with the Moz tools. Thanks a bunch!

Rel="canonical" tag is implemented in my product pages, but still getting canoncal error for products in Moz. What is the problem? me or MOZ?
I have included the rel="canonical" tag in all my product pages, but still getting canonical error in MOZ reports for more than 6 month ! I would like to know if my code is wrong or the MOZ report system is not working properly. Here is an example of my canonical code in line 84 rel="canonical" href="http://www.doornmore.com/slab-single-door-80-fiberglass-courtlandt-1-panel-arch-lite-glass.html" /> Thanks Shayann

I've removed all blocks but two from our htaccess. They are for amazonaws.com to block amazon from crawling us. I did a fetch as google in our WM tools on our robots txt with success. SEOMoz crawler here hit's our site and gets a 403. I've looks in our blocked request logs and amazon is the only one in there. What is going on here?

Ranking report and language
Unfortunately I noticed a huge problem in rank tracker amd ranking report. My site is in italian and I configurate the ranking report using google italy. The problem is that the ranking is related to www.google.it but using a browser set with english language!! Infact for a specific keyword the ranking position is 8 (using english) and 12 (using italian). This is a huge problem for me and makes useless any report! F

Rankings Report not working
Hi (What happened to the User Voice feedback in PRO campaign reports? Another cutback because of scalability?) I'm getting sent here for Help on the reports It's Friday morning here in France ; I'm preparing a meeting with a client and as part of this I want their Rankings Report from the campaing I set up for them month's ago Half the keywords are showing up as "SAT" ; the message at the top says "Your keywords are updated weekly on Saturday. The last update was January 26th, 2013" They're not new keywords, if I click on them I get historic data up untill January 19th I'm guessing you had a problem on January 26th but why not put January 19th rankings rather than SAT ? The report is now useless. Here's the url if useful http://pro.seomoz.org/campaigns/54444/rankings Neil

Why is my domain not being crawled anymore?
I just noticed that right around 12/1/2012, SEOMoz stopped crawling all but two pages out of the 400 or so on my website at www.TrustworthyCare.com . I speculate that this is probably due to some dumb mistake I made at that time, but I can't for the life of me figure out what that mistake was. Before that, the weekly crawls included all 400 or so pages. I wonder whether it's something that changed in our .htaccess file. Here's how that file looks now; can anyone see what is wrong there, or perhaps offer other suggestions if it doesn't look like anything is wrong in it? Thanks! Automated SEO Report for Agencies
I have a lot of SEO reports to send out, SEO Moz is awesome but it's not designed for this kind of work. I would like an automated report that does an on page optimization report on the potential client's site, finding errors etc it does not have to include fixes for each. This is just a basic report but it must look nice and be user friendly. I have looked at Raven and it looks ok however it does not have any decent On Page Optimization reports. I know I could crawl and then delete the campaign in SEO Moz but that is very time consuming and far from ideal. If anyone knows of a solution please let me know 🙂
