What does this message from google places mean?
-
Hi Noah,
This is a known issue. If you have to re-verify, you are likely to see the 'do not support' message for several weeks until the listing has been approved. How long has it been since you did this?
Here are some Google And Your Business Forum threads on this same topic:

I had a listing up for a couple of years now. I made a minor adjustment and it asked me to reverify. So I waited for the pin number to come in the mail and then reverified it. Ive had that message ever since

Hi Noah,
This message can mean a number of things. One of the simplest is that you're dealing with a new listing that you've just verified. It can take a few days to be indexed. Is this your situation?
If not, the first thing you should do is go to Google And Your Business Help Forum and search for 'do not support'. Filter your results by date to see if there are any recent cases being reported that match yours. If not, you can start a thread of your own.
Without more details about what you, specifically, are experiencing, this is the best advice I can give. Hope it helps, and if you'd like to provide further details, I'd be happy to take a look!

There was a question about this back in March; here are the links to the March question and the Google forums link.

You best bet is to contact google about it. Click on the "Contact Us" button, then either request a callback or email them.
Good luck!

Practice Group location list Vs Individual Doctor list
We are a Healthcare system which has 70+ medical service/practice locations and 2500+ individual doctor lists. What is the best way manage these locations list, so they are not completing with each other in local search. for example, if search for "urgent care", we will like our medical practice group location show up before individual doctor in local search. What is the best practices for managing your group location lists and your individual doctor lists? Thanks!

What are the best practices for optimizing a site for multiple locations?
I have a client that operates in multiple states. I am trying to find a way to best optimize their website, but all of the best practices for "local SEO" seem to be for things such as restaurants, small businesses, etc. I am looking for a way to optimize for the industry keywords as well as location. Any best practices/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Schema for a local business with multiple locations
Hello I am trying to add schema to a website that has several locations. Is the best way to do this is by tagging the home page of the website as the business main location and then create a page for each location and then mark them up accordingly? Thank you for your help.

We currently do not support the location
Should I be worry that the link below returns that message? My listing is live and well, it can be accessed from anywhere except from Google places page, under "Respond to reviews

Owners can post a public response to **reviews **by Google users." Any thoughts?0 -
Would listing an address on a location page for a franchise count as a citation?
If a small franchise with 15 locations implemented location pages for each location including address and phone then made them crawlable by the search engines and also accessible through a store locator, would this be counted as a citation for the location?

To have a location (that is really not a location)
So here is the problem that I am facing. The physical location of our business is located in a suburb of a large metro area market (which consists of 3 different cities). Our company services all of the cities located in the metropolitan area market. I have seen over the past year with Google+ and Google places that Google gives preference to businesses in local search based on their location (specifically to businesses that are located near the center of the city). My suspicions were confirmed by the following: http://www.davidmihm.com/local-search-ranking-factors.shtml In the past we went out and played the game where we purchased UPS boxes in our service cities so that we can compete in Google local search local (recommendation from a SEO company that we were using at the time). I did not really want to do that, but at the time it seemed as though we had no other option with how Google was ranking businesses in those markets. Now Google has caught on to this strategy and has killed those local listings. It is frustrating that Google assumes that a listing should have higher rank based largely on physical location. We never had the intent of violating Google policy, but what are we to do? Not trying to play victim but it is true. My question is how can we rank extremely well in local search for the different cities of the metro area considering that we are physically located in a suburb? Has anyone else successfully overcame this obstacle? Any ideas on how we can rank well in Google+/Google Places in these cities? Frustrated Business Owner.

Google + with multiple locations
Hi guys, So I want to make a google + page for my business, which basically lets people find and compare multiple airport shuttle, limo and transfer companies to find the one that is available and best suits their budget.
Image & Video Optimization | | cashchampion
Being that these shuttle services are throughout the country, when I create the google + page I need to choose multiple locations.
Anyone know how to go about this, or the best way to do it? Thanks so much Regards,
Marc0
