My historic ranking report won't download

I try to download a historic ranking report and it only comes up with "in progress". I left the window open all day, but no ranking report is generated or sent.

How can we download this report?

We do have a known problem that is affecting some people for downloading their historic ranking CSV. If you could open a ticket at http://moz.com/help/contact, we'll be able to get this working for you. Thanks for your patience!

Rankings Report not working

Hi (What happened to the User Voice feedback in PRO campaign reports? Another cutback because of scalability?) I'm getting sent here for Help on the reports It's Friday morning here in France ; I'm preparing a meeting with a client and as part of this I want their Rankings Report from the campaing I set up for them month's ago Half the keywords are showing up as "SAT" ; the message at the top says "Your keywords are updated weekly on Saturday. The last update was January 26th, 2013" They're not new keywords, if I click on them I get historic data up untill January 19th I'm guessing you had a problem on January 26th but why not put January 19th rankings rather than SAT ? Why does the CSV report on OSE limit the number of links I can download to less than it should?

I run an inbound link report for the domain www.acornstairlifts.co.uk on OpenSiteExplorer.org using the following filters: Show: All Links from: only external Pages to: pages on this root domain Show links: ungrouped It says that there are around 30,678 links for that query. I then go to the advanced tab, and run a report using the same filters, but when I click download report I only get 2874. I've run this for the past 2 days and I get the same. Why?

Keyword ranking - authority information

How can you explain that a website (not mine) appears on 1st place in Google (on the Keyword Difficulty Tool/Ranking Analysis) but the Page Authority, Page Linking Root Domains, Domain Authority, and Root Domain Linking Root Domains are much lower than the other websites on the list. Even when running the On-Page Report Card, this website gets grade F comparing to the other (including mine) websites that get better grades. I just want to understand which criteria I'm missing that can explain why a website appears on first place when it seems it's not well optimized. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
