2 blogs and authorship

Hi all,
I run a blog from my WP site, and also a seperate one on blogger.com which has authorship linked to it.
I'm noticing that if I put up a WP blog (from my site) on my G+, this will pop up on listings presented the same as the authorship (image shown).
My question is, although I make sure that I do not duplicate content between the two blogs, will this kind of mixing up of things (incorporating G+) actually be counter-productive?

This shouldn't be an issue. One of the benefits of authorship is it can be used across multiple sites to attribute posts. If you are attributing different posts on different sites, that's fine, and sharing those posts on your G+ is even better. It sounds like you're using authorship as it was intended.

I use Moz Local to sync my Endocrinology medical clinic website to search engines and directories and it has helped me a lot. However, I want to start a blog that deep dives into Endocrine based issues like diseases and conditions. When Search for Blog Guest and to Post, What is the FIRST Metric to lookk at???

For link building, I started to post on guest blogs I'm new to posting on guest blog and I would like to know what are the most important metrics to look at when selecting a blog? The P.A. ??? 2,500 Word blog post? What's your advice?
Most of my blog posts end up being 400-600 words, sometimes more, sometimes less. I have written one that is 2,500 words this time. If it were you, would you make one huge post, or split it into two or three? Or would you say it wholly depends on my site and the type of content? As far as link bait goes, one page is better . . . I guess. But would anyone ever read a 2,500 word blog post, even it it's about a subject he/she is interested in? Additionally, what's better for SEO? Just wants some second opinions. Thanks!

How to titling images in WP blog
What is the best way to title an image in a blog post. The wording will relate to the post discussion so I am not discussing the word stuffing, rather how to enter the words. Here are my options for the title: 1. dayton engagement photos 2. dayton_engagement_photos 3. daytonengagementphotos 4. Is there another preferred method? Should I increment the image title for each image such as: daytonengagementphotos1, daytonengagementphotos2, etc. What about the alternative text area? Does the same concept apply there?
