Should the Facebook page be just the brand name or also include keywords?

Hi.
Do you recommend that a company's Facebook Page be just the Brand Name, or should it include some keywords in the title?

Here from Moz Local
How do I create or edit my Google and Facebook listings to match the information I want to publish through Moz Local?
Visit http://places.google.com or http://facebook.com/pages/manage to create or edit your listings on Google and Facebook. Be sure to submit the same Business Name, Address, Phone, and Website information to Google and Facebook that you submit to us. If your Moz Local listings don't match, we won’t be able to publish them.

Actually when doing local search engine optimization or really any search you want powerful domains like Facebook to contain the correct information for Google so you want your nap your name address and phone number to be matching across with everything
If your company name was "example" and that you're doing business as name so we leave off the LLC your inc or whatever might be then leave out any keywords let's say example makes widgets so in Facebook you do not want to make your name example widgets you want to make it simply example whatever the brand name is in the doing business as name is is what you want to be and you want to be consistent across all the social media networks.
Otherwise when you do focus on local you will have to pay for the cleanup or do cleanup yourself and that's some nasty work I would not want to have to deal with that. If you look up anything by
Mozlocal.com
whitespark.ca
Or

&
You'll see what I mean about consistency in the nap
NAP
N-NAME
A-ADDRESS
P-PHONEI had a client put their town into Facebook has their name and when doing a citation cleanup we had to completely destroy the site. If you're building it right now build the right way.

In my opinion it can be both, of course i like to brand company names but you can throw in some keywords related to the business or niche, i have seen and ranked social media sites in the serps for key phrases related to their business.

Two companies merging into a new website. How to merge two existing websites into a brand new website and preserve search rankings.
Brand A and Brand B are merging to form Brand C. Brand A has a great search presence (prominent rankings, answer boxes, and impressive organic traffic). Brand B has a good reputation in real life but their web presence was extremely weak (we've been helping with that over the past few months and it is improving). What are the steps we need to take? The previous domains from Brand A and Brand B are going away and we need to promote the newly minted Brand C website. This Q/A summarizes what we want to do but with one exception: They only discuss merging Brand A into BRand B and there is no Brand C.

Is it ok to correct someone who spelled and styled our name incorrectly in a blog post?
A writer recently recommended my company, Swiftype, in a blog post. However, he called us Swift Type, which adds an additional t, splits our name into two words, and uses an additional capitalization. Would it be out of line to email him and gently correct him? I appreciate the recommendation, and will absolutely focus on thanking him for that, complimenting his content (which is fairly good), and just add the correction at the end of the email. While it isn't a huge deal, a search Swift Type brings up the Swift programming language and SwiftKey as first page results, while Swiftype only displays our content (he also didn't link to us, so a user would have to search to find us - reaching out could also be a chance to spur him to link to us).

What should we consider in Online reputation management - negative URL or Negative Keywords?
Hello All I have a serious confusion in terms of the Negative Keywords & Positive Keywords vs Negative URLS and Positive URLS for ORM (Online Reputation Management). Can any one please advise and explain why and what should I consider?
Branding | | barnesdorf
When we talk about ORM what exactly is more important? Negative Keywords or Negative URLS? Among these two which is more important ?? Negative URLs or Negative Keywords.? Do we need to classify keywords as negative or positive? in the report? Do we need to classify URLs as negative or positive? in the report? According to me and my fellow members either of them is actually most important but we all are stuck upon at one question "which one?" Any help would be appreciated....0 -
Long Exact Match Domain, or short "Brand" domain?
I've searched and found a lot of discussion regarding the benefits of using Exact Match Domains, however I'm still unsure of what is a "too long" domain to make it not user friendly. I'm working on a new web application that help users design their own <product>. </product> Let's say that the product would be canvas paintings as an example. Would you choose the domain www.designcanvaspaintings.com if it was available? Or would you rather create a "brand" like paintify.com that is shorter and has a more "brand" feeling to it.

Organic Traffic from irrelevant keywords in GA?
Hi, I am doing SEO for a website that deals in 4-wheeler tyres. While reviewing the organic traffic in Google Analytics, i noticed some keywords that are completely irrelevant to the theme of the website. Some are porn related terms while some are like google, yahoo, laptops, youtube etc. It seems someone is doing negative SEO for my website, as a result of which a decent number of searches are coming from these irrelevant terms. What should i do to block traffic from such terms as this may harm my website's performance in search engines. Please suggest a solution as soon as possible.

Whar are the Keyword and Link Implications of renaming a Website
I'm about to change the name of a popular site classyauto.com to nationalvehicle.com. The reason for the name change is mainly because of the negative report on classyauto from years past. We've decided to rename the company to National Vehicle for that reason and other reasons. With that, the current site does not currently rank high for many of the natural organic niche keywords we want to target. But, it does have a good amount of links and traffic. I would like recommendations on the best method to rename the site including any ideas on what to do with existing directories, links, etc. efficiently and effectively. I would also like input on what NOT TO DO. Thanks in advance and any tools, tricks, or additional resources you can point me to would be greatly appreciated.

Google+ business pages and Schema.org
Hi All, I'm an SEO for a company that runs a number of brands. I'm in the process of setting up the Google+ pages for these brands and decided to watch the Microformats & Schema.org - Real life Use Cases - Mozinar by Richard Baxter and the Online Reputation Management: Branding for SERP Domination Mozinar by Rhea Drysdale to help understand the best way to achieve this. One of the suggestions by Richard Baxter was to include the authorship schema.org, but I can't see how this can be done for an organisation instead of an individual. My question is, how do you manage authorship when your not able to link websites to Google+ business pages, only profiles? How have you managed this on SEOMoz for example? Hope you can help. Thanks Jojo

Missing Title Pages
So, one of the campaigns I am running has 90 pages with missing titles. Normally I would consider this a very bad thing, BUT, the pages are product description pages. The referring pages are product listings, and the pages without titles, are small pop-ups. For example on a bigger stage: Nike has a product page, when you click on a shoe, a small window pops up with price, description, etc. How important/ vital/ relevant is it to have titles for these pop-ups, if it is even possible. Thank you in advance!
