Open Site Explorer classic view is gone??! where is it?
-
I used to use open site explorer classic view a lot for pitching clients - it was great for comparing a few competitors at once.
Now it seems to have disappeared - any idea where i can find it, or find similar functionality?
-
Thanks guys, this is perfect. You had me worried there for a second
-
Leonie is in fact correct! Never fear we wouldn't get rid of this view as we know how useful it is for everyone - https://mza.seotoolninja.com/researchtools/ose/comparisons?site=moz.com. If you take a look at this link you'll see you can add some competitors and benchmark against the same data as you previously were able to.
We disabled the classic OSE view last night, sorry for any confusion! If you need anything further feel free to reach out to Moz Help Team via [email protected]

Hi, If you click on the link: open site explorer and fill in an URL, there opens a navigation of Open site explorer on the left top there you can find the functionality. Link metrics ( i guess that's what you mean by compare competitors) is shown there.
Grtz, Leonie

Is there a way to view difficulty for related keyword suggestions?
I'd really like to view the difficulty/organic CTR/priority of suggested related keywords without having to click on each individually - is there a way to do this?

Why is on-demand crawl reporting numbers that are very different than the regualr site crawl by Moz?
When I look at the site crawl available through my dashboard, it reports 22.9K pages crawled. I just ran a on-demand crawl and it is only reporting 6K pages crawled. Why is the number so much lower?

Fresh Web Explorer: if you put a keyword in quotes, is it case sensitive?
For example, would a saved search for "racor fuel filter" capture mentions of "Racor fuel filter"? I'm really hoping I don't have to duplicate the keywords with the alternative capitalisations!! Many thanks Steve

How do you choose a country when uploading a keyword list into Keyword Explorer?
Hi There, I'v been exploring keywords in the Keyword Explorer search bar and changing the Google country via the dropdown (very useful). But now that I'm uploading lists via CSV, I can't figure out how to change the country - see screenshot attached. I think I've just wasted a bunch of monthly queries because the lists created via .csv are all for the wrong country! Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Ben upload-keywords.jpg?dl=0

We went ahead and gave folks who were at $99/month before today 300 queries/month. If you're signing up new, $99/month doesn't have KW Explorer access, but the other levels - at $149/month and above, do (5,000+ queries/month). You can read the blog post here for lots of details, but if you have questions or product suggestions, please don't hesitate to ask!

I'm checking keyword difficulty for two different sites. Would love to view the results by site instead of just one large list. Is that possible? Or would it just be easier to keep the lists separate in Excel and just import when I want an updated report?
I have keyword lists for two sites. Is there a way to label them in the keyword difficulty tool (List A, List B) so I can just view results for a particular site? Or do I need to run the report with List A, export results, delete those keywords, then run the report for List B?
