I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?
-
How long do they really take? I think I opted in to receive emails from MOZ but I didn't see that as an option on the email form. I need to be able to rely on the assumption that if I set up a custom email to send that it will in fact send.
-
That may be the case - the reports should all be sent from [email protected] but they should be coming through now.
-
Great, thank you! If it's my mail server, I know we use ProofPoint for all our email security, should I give them your domain that the reports will be coming from (if it's different than [email protected]) to make sure they get through? -Cheers!

Hi there! Looks like this was an issue with our mail server or your mail server as I was seeing hard bounces on the report emails. I have since reactivated them so you should start getting those tomorrow! Have a great day. If anything like this happens again feel free to reach us at [email protected]

What day of the week should I set my campaigns up on?
I am new to doing SEO, and am not an SEO professional. I'm just taking a DIY approach to learning about and doing my own SEO for some non-profit work and using Moz is my first foray into it. I have a question about which day of the week is best to run my campaigns. I have 5 campaigns running, but I set them up rather haphazardly. So one is running on Saturdays, and the remaining 4 run on Mondays. I am running these campaigns on sites that are not mine. I'm not the webmaster. This is a non-profit, sort of a research effort that seeks to investigate other non-profit websites that all advocate on a particular topic. I'd like to be able to compare the 5 campaigns (e.g., their keyword rankings especially). So I think I should get them all running on the same day. Setting aside that Moz isn't able to let me switch which day they run on, I'm needing advice on how to think about which day of the week I should choose. I haven't been running them for very long and I'm sill a newbie so I don't think it's a huge deal that I'll need to re-setup at least one of the campaigns to get them all on the same day. I've been searching Moz Q & A and google for things like "best day of the week to track SERPs" and "how often to track SERPs" but I'm not getting anything that's helping me think about what's important for choosing a day of the week. I am getting results for other rank trackers out there that let you do more frequent ranking but I'm not quite ready to branch out to other tools, so I really more need some guidance on how to think about which day of the week to choose here in Moz. Blog posts, tutorials, links to related questions, etc on this topic would be awesome, plus your general thoughts and discussion on it would be great, too.

I am new to MOZ, I set up one tracking campaign two weeks ago, I have tracked no keywords, I have done some keyword research for ranking difficulty and in two weeks I have already hit 50K pages crawled, I'm maxed out, is this common?
I am a startup and can't afford the higher plans yet. And even their highest plan is 600K pages crawled, which seems really low considering how lightly I used the tool and how quickly I hit 50K. Does anyone have any advice or information on how they use the tool on lower packages? Did I do something wrong to hit 50K pages crawled that fast? Does this pricing make any sense, it seems like an incredibly high price, I love the tool, any help is appreciated.

What's the best approach to campaigns?
We have lot's of vertical markets (roughly 13), and lot's of business area's (7). From a reporting perspective I need to report by business area, as well as by vertical market. On top of this, we have 9 regional website.

Can't setup new campaign
Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up a new campaign for a website which has Cloudflare installed. After I enter the campaign name and URL the loading circle comes up and spins for a while, but then it just stays on the same page. No error message is given. I can't get to the next page of the setup campaign form sequence so that I can set up this campaign. Has anyone else had this problem and is there any fix? Thanks in advance

Oops! This doesn't appear to be a valid URL. Please try again.
Hi, I just started with using MOZ and at my first attemp I can not start a new campaign because my url doesn't appear to be valid.. I tried http://www.mydomain.nl , www.mydomain.nl and mydomain.nl.. It's a Dutch extension (.nl). Can this be the problem? Excuse me my spelling and typo's. I'm Dutch 🙂
