Multiseat account access to a single campaign

When granting access via multiseat, can this be done to a single campaign rather than a full account?

This is apparently on Moz's "To Do List", due to the high number of requests they've received for this feature. Multiseat is still a super new feature, so I expect (hopefully!) with time more multiseat settings will be made available. But they have stated that multiseat permissions on a campaign-by-campaign basis is something that they are working on.

First campaign stalled...
I filled out the two boxes to start my first campaign, hit the "next" button, and it seems to be frozen. It's been hours now and the next button is no longer available and nothing seems to be happening. Is that usual? Is it gathering information? Did I break Moz?

Transfer campaigns into another account
Hy I've got a question. Right now I have 2 PRO Accounts with more or less 5-10 campaigns. Now I would like to upgrade one account into ELITE. Here is my question: Is it possible to transfer the campaigns from the other PRO account to the ELITE? I won't create the campaigns again because the data is really important. So, is there a possibility? Thanks for your answer!!
