Moz Local not submitting to Best of the Web. What gives?

I have been a Moz Local customer from its inception. I am still not listed on Best of the Web. Can it get submission get pushed through Moz or should I just pay BOTW directly for a listing?

How to add alternate addresses in Moz Local duplicate section
As someone that recently moved from an agency to a position in-house, I am appalled at the lack of support and resources for users of Moz Local that are NOT connected to an agency partner. Without a public phone number, a support rep, and nobody manning the chat... how are we supposed to get answers for the service that we paid good money for? I would like to know how to add an alternate address to the duplicate are of our listing account. We have an old address that appears everywhere but is not showing in the duplicate listing report and I'm not sure how to add it. Any help would be appreciated. Can I sync our local listing in Moz with a Google My Busines listing when there are multiple GMB listings?
We working a healthcare facility that has over 30 listings set up in Google My Business, individual listings for each doctor and other healthcare professionals. We are trying to sync with Google My Business, but continue to receive a message about being unable to validate the listing. We've ensured that the information matches in each listing. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any advice on how to get it to sync. I've looked through support documents and not found anything that has helped.

What are the listings (citations) when you use Moz Local?
How do I find what the actual listings are when using Moz Local? I want to add more citations for my clients and don't want to create duplicates. _There are five main aggregators of location data that send information to local search engines: Infogroup, Neustar Localeze, Acxiom, and Factual and Foursquare. Is the info we are giving in Moz Local_* In the Dashboard...it show that "35 listings reach". but what are the actual listings? Do I need to use Whitespark to see what the actual listings are? Currently right now, I can only see like 18 listings. Any insight? Regards, Benny

I am interested in using Moz Local for some of my clients, and I was under the understanding that with a subscription Moz Local could be used for free.
