Hi Guy's
We have a website with a total of 133 incoming links. It's a https:// webshop and when i checked our incoming links i noticed that:
http:// has 23 refferring domains
https:// has 110 refferring domainsIs it better to ask if the link could be replaced in https:// ? There is a 301 redirect to the seruce website, on all www / non-www and non-https url's
Thanks!

Ok. Looks like I am mistaken. To be sure, only build links with your https:// urls in future. Good luck

Hi,
In a perfect world, yes, all your links would be pointing to the most accurate version of your URLs possible. But Google has also recently stated that they're indexing HTTPS by default whenever possible. If you've got some that would be easy to update, go for it, but I wouldn't sink too much time into it as I don't believe you'll see too much of an impact from doing so.

No - according to Google the value of the links is transferred to the https domain:

Asking to replace links to https:// will definitely be beneficial. Some of the link juice will be lost in the 301 redirect, so without the redirect, you will receive the full benefit of the original link. Hope this helps. Links from directories are more difficult to change, some don't even support https:// url links. Otherwise, you should get on fine.

Reputable Place For Guest Posts
We do our SEO in-house, and I don't have the time for blogger outreach. Does anyone know of a reputable place where I can submit our content to be pitched to relevant outlets for backlinks and US traffic? I am not in it for someone creating our content; I write it myself and have a degree in the content I produce. I am looking for a place that gets REAL US traffic, not some P.B.N. sites or those where I can create accounts at a post myself. I want real traffic from relevant, reputable blogs or a place where I can have them use my content and find niche sites for me.
