Facebook Business Manager - Assigning Roles & Billing

In the past, we assigned roles and managed business Facebook pages by sharing admin access with an individual account. However, we encountered an issue with this, as when it came to advertising, billing was processed under that individual account and not the account of the actual business Facebook page.
To resolve this, I have begun setting up a Business Facebook Manager account. However, need some guidance. I have claimed access to a business Facebook page and assigned a person to manage this page. By doing this, I can now see that the assigned person has the ability to make posts on that page and to create and manage Ads.
Two things I need clarification on however:

When advertising is conducted, is it billed to the credit card details for the Business Page? (And not the billing details of the individual it was assigned to)

It seems that the assigned person cannot boost a post? Am I missing something here?

What's most likely going on is the assigned person doesn't have the right amount of access, or you haven't set up the ad account correctly.
It's billed to the credit card attached to the ad account. Have you set up the ad account? You can't run ads just with a business manager you have to use the ads manager.
How are they boosting the post? There are two ways to do it, once from the page directly and one from the backend of the ads manager.

Twitter Analytics: Follower Count & Reporting Inconsistencies
Our number of followers on Twitter has suddenly dropped (yet not dropped) in a really weird way. Twitter Analytics shows follower counts in two places: Monthly increases in followers, and then also in the Audience Insights tab, where you can see three months of follower counts mapped in a chart. Month-to-month, the total number of followers continues to rise. What’s inconsistent, however, is the total number of aggregate followers shown in the cart. Twitter just dropped our to total count of followers by about 600. But it’s not like we just suddenly lost 600 followers last month (in fact we gained far more than that), but rather that Twitter seems to have adjusted the aggregate numbers across the board retroactively for all months. So while month-to-month continues to show gains, overall, we still went down. The only way we would have even noticed this, by the way, is because we have a record of the OLD total follower count that Twitter had previously displayed as recently as last month. So confusing. We’re trying to figure out what happened, and the only thing that seems to make sense is that Twitter may have done a huge spam account purge, and instead of making it look like we suddenly lost a lot of followers, they just updated the aggregate total # of followers across all time……? [For the record, we do not buy followers, but we don’t always do the best job at blocking spam followers when the do follow us either.] Any advice would be appreciated, thanks. 🙂

Facebook Ads Frequency Setting in Ad Set
Hello Guys, I have something which annoyes me already a long time with FB Ads. When you set up a campaign and an ad set and you have in your ad set 3 different ads (which makes totally sense to test them against each other) facebook is deciding really often way too early which ad might be the best ad. Often the algorithm starts to prefer one ad already after a few hundred impressions and the other ads are not getting any impressions any more. I cannot find an option like in Google Adwords that just all Ads are shown the same amount of times and that I can decide then on my own which ad I prefer to run. Unfortunately I cannot find anywhere an option to disable this 'auto-optimization' and I didn't find anyhting in the web as well. Would be pretty happy if someone can help me with this problem! Facebook Ad Targeting
I am having trouble targeting to people who like specific pages. Some pages with only 13K likes will show in the 'interests' section, but others with 50K will not show. Using auto complete to find what is available: is this the only way to find the pages to advertise to? Another example, I can target the people who liked Moz, because SEOMoz.com autocompletes. But SEObook does not, so I can't advertise to the people who liked this page. How can I target people who like pages specifically, no matter how many likes they have? Thank you, Tyler

Social media profiles with same description - Duplicate content or reinforcing business details?
Hi, I am currently doing a Social media review and find myself wondering whether having exactly the same copy - or part thereof, on a businesses' Facebook, LinkedIn, G+, Twitter, profile(s) is likely to be viewed by SE's as a good or bad thing? Is it duplicate content and to be avoided? Or would it be viewed as a case of the business trying to ensure a consistent profile and therefore reinforcing your business details?

Getting more fans on Facebook
Does anyone have any tips or experience on how they increased their Facebook fan base? I work in the oil/fuel industry and getting people to like your Facebook page is quite difficult because our customers are mostly middle-aged men, who if statistics are to be believed aren't the most active on social media anyway. I've been doing regular posts for the past couple of weeks, liking other pages and joining conversations but don't seem to be getting any increase in followers. Does anyone have any advice, ideas or examples of what you did that worked? Thanks

Linking Facebook - Twitter - Website - G+ Profiles
During a spectacular presentation at Seattle Interactive Conference, Rand discussed how Google is able to see linkage between different social networks and a Google profile. Outside of setting up your Twitter feed to send loads of messages to your Facebook fans (or vice versa), is there a best way to communicate the "linkage" between your social media profiles to the search engines? Eg - How do you best signal to Google that your Twitter, Facebook, G+ and your website are from the same entity?
