PA Score of 30+ to get Google Features
-
I was told that my pages would not be awarded a Google Feature until the Page Authority reaches 30. I had Features previously, but no longer. The PA for the URL is currently 22 https://heritageprintingcharlotte.com/products/meter-boards.php
I have edited the content, built links and added schema markup to this particular page (and others)
I'm looking for thoughts on the 30+ and how to improve PA.

I agree with Nigel here, there is no correlation whatsoever that is connecting featured snippets to Page Authority in what way. It's a metric setup by Moz (this product/tool) and it could be that many pages on your site aren't even in their index. I would focus on creating the best pages and making it easier for a search engine to understand the content, which you can do through for example structured data markup and verifying that, that data is still correct.

Hi Kevin
If you are talking about Featured Snippets in search results then Google doesn't even know what a PA is. This is an arbitrary number assigned by MOZ to determine the relative strength of the page. It is calculated through analysis of on-page content and backlinks.
If you are after a featured snippet then you need to focus on answering a question - and fulfilling a user's intent. Dr Pete did a great video on recently here:

I hope that helps,
Regards
Nigel

I bought a 5 year old domain and has a spam score of 23%.....
A few months ago i bought a 5 year old domain and when i went to check in Moz pro the spam score, it shows its at 23%. DA is 1 everything else is 0. The spam score shows 23% but there are no links at all for this website (see image) https://imgur.com/a/3lHjLEh I don't understand, there are no links at all going to this website. I checked google search console, analytics and tried looking for any links linking to this domain and there is none. Even Moz isn't showing any links in the picture i provided above. Is this a glitch? Can i reset my spam score on this domain? Does that mean i wasted my money on this domain and now i can't rank with it? Is there something im missing here. I also checked is there are any warnings or manual actions and it clearly says "No issues detected". A few months earlier i bought a brand new domain very close to the 5 year old domain (new domain has a z instead of an s) and the spam score on that is 0 and DA is 1. Given that the 5 year old domain has a 23% spam score, does that mean i should use the other new domain instead and redirect the 5 year old domain to the new website?

Spam Score
My site has a spam score of 2/17. How bad is this? Domain authority is 23 and page authority is 32. The domain is www.nyc-officespace-leader.com. In total, according to MOZ, there are 38 inbound links. Spam scores for the inbound links are as follows: 1 (8)
Moz Pro | | Kingalan1
1 (6)
2 (5)
2 (4)
3 (3)
16 (2)
4 (1)
8 (0) The number in the parentheses represents spam score. Does it make sense to get some of these links removed? Is it necessary for me to remove links from all sites with a spam score of 5,6,7,8? If we remove these lower quality links will Domain Authority and Page Authority improve? Thanks, Alan1 -
Does SEOmoz have a Keyword Research tool similar to, say, the Google AdWords tool or the WebCEO Keyword Research Tool? And where might that be? (Sorry, I'm very new to SEOmoz Pro.)
I'm looking for an SEOmoz version of the classic WebCEO Keyword Research that would give you effective suggestions based on a keyword inquiry. I've made the switch from WebCEO, but I'm trying to find something similar to that Keyword Research tool. Am I going to just need to use the Google AdWords tool for this function or does SEOmoz have it's own version?

Google updated their algorithm. How up to date is OpenSiteExplorer's Domain and Page authority?
Hi guys, as we all know, Google Panda update is here and it changed how they rank inbound links and the linkers domain and page authority. But when I look at OpenSiteExplorer's results, I cant see a difference in the page and domain authority. Why is that?

Getting your site totally indexed by SEOMOZ
Hi guys! Ijust started using SEOMOZ software and wondered how it could be that my site has over 10.000 pages but in the Pro Dashboard it only indexed about 1500 of them. I've been waiting a few weeks now but the number has been stable ever since. Is there a way to get the whole site indexed by SEOMoz software? Thanks for your answers!

How can I increase my domain authority score?
We've jumped up in our rankings, page authority scores, and our toolbar PR over the past year, but our domain authority score remains the same as it was this time last year. I have noticed that for most people's sites, domain authority is typically higher than page authority, and my suspicion is that our domain authority score staying static is capping our page authority potential to some degree. Our SEOmoz scores are quite low for our toolbar PR. I've looked at the SEOmoz page relating to domain authority, and it rather vaguely says 'improve SEO generally across your site'. Other than age, the only thing I can think of is that maybe we have backlinks ranging across too broad a spectrum of topics. Being a web hosting company, we get a lot of links from our customers' sites that aren't related to our industry. Anyone got any specific advice? To provide some context, it's a PR7 website that's around a decade old with links in the hundred thousands. We score just 59 for domain authority. Thanks in advance, Jenni
