Can't work out robots.txt issue.
-
Hi
I'm getting crawl errors that MOZ isn't able to access my robots.txt file but it seems completely fine to me? Any chance anyone can help me understand what might be the issue?
-
I would follow the advise from Roman, I tried to access the file via a few ways as well and it doesn't seem to be an issue to load it at all.

Ok, I made a quick test of your robot.txt file and looks fine, making HTTP status code test and shows me 200 code which is ok. Also, you need to make sure that your robot.txt file is accessible for the Moz crawler
- Remember to put your file is in the top-level directory of your web server.
- Also, check if your hosting provider is not blocking third-party crawlers (server level)
Here you can test the status code of your robot.txt file** https://httpstatus.io/ **If you're still having trouble this is the email of Moz [email protected]
Also, you should check

Best of luck!

Is there an SEO checklist that I can follow for every new project?
I'm a very structured dude. I literally have to have every project in front of me in order to be productive. With that said, it would sure help me if there was a checklist to follow with at least the basics to both audit an existing website, to where they rank and what areas need improved and then another checklist that goes through each phase of implementing SEO for the first time either on a brand new website or an existing website that you're taking over... Any suggestions?

MOZ Toolbar 3.0: Can't Find the Meta Description On My Page, Why?
Hey, The new MOZ toolbar is unable to identify the meta description on any of the pages for my doman www.1099pro.com. Is there any reason that someone can see why that would be? The tag should be correct on all pages. Thanks! -Mike

How can I deal with tag page duplicate issues
The Moz crawler reported some dupliated issues. Many of them have to do with tags.
Moz Pro | | IamKovacs
Each tag has a link, and as some articles are under several tags, these come up as duplicate content. I read Dr Peter's piece on Canonical stuff, but it's not clear to me if any of these are the solution. Perhaps the solution lies somewhere else? Maybe I need to block the robots from these urls (But that seems counter-SEO-productive) Thanks

Couple of Moz's bugs
There are still some bugs in a new Moz: I can still find a lot of mentions of "SEOMoz", for example: in a footer, in a Q/A form (SEOMoz Resources), in a new question form (SEOmoz PRO Application, SEOmoz Tools, etc.) On a main form (http://moz.com/pro/home) sometimes my full name is not visible at all, sometimes my MozPoints are hidden (on a left top corner); There is not direct link from http://devblog.moz.com/ to a main website; Regards.

How Can I Find All Backlinks
How can I use site explorer to find out which sites are linking to us thousands of times. It says we have over 300,000 total links pointing to our site. I'm thinking there are some sitewide links from other site(s) making up most of that, but I can't seem to locate it/them?

Unsubscribe to weekly crawl notifications never works
Hello! All of my campaigns have the box 'Weekly crawl completed for campaign ...' unticked under Campaign Settings, yet for all of them I still receive an email regularly with the subject 'New crawl completed for ...'. How do I stop this? Is there a bug here? Adam Bishop
