Client has 2 locations across the street from each other, 1 of them doesn't show up in Google Maps anymore unless you type its specific branch name. Help

Client has 3 locations in NYC...
1 is on the east side
2 of them are a block apart on the west side (52nd & 51st street).When you search the business name, you only see 2 of the 3 listings - 1 on the East side and 1 of the 2 on the West side. On the West side only the one with more reviews shows up.
The semi-hidden location still exists. You can find it if you type in the exact full name of the branch (it has the brand name + Midtown West vs its neighbor a block away that's brand name + Hell's Kitchen). Otherwise, it's invisible.
The Hell's Kitchen location that appears has 3000+ reviews. The hidden one (Midtown West) has only 250+ reviews. In the past, all 3 would show up.
How do we get all 3 to show up again, at the initial, zoomed out view?

What you're seeing may well be the result of a filter like Possum that is causing Google to filter out the weaker of the two locations that are only a block away from one another. Particularly if zooming in causes you to be able to see that 2nd West Side business appear, I suspect a filter. I can't say without seeing the query for myself, of course, but that would be my guess based on your description.
As you've mentioned, the filtered location has a weaker review signal, and it could be that it has other weaker signals, too (maybe fewer links to its landing page, less accurate citations, etc.). So, that may be all the explanation needed as to why Google is showing one West Side location over the other. You can invest the time/money in building up all signals for the filtered location, but what you can't do is guarantee to the client that Google will then unfilter the location. That's up to Google, not you and not your client, so be sure you set correct expectations surrounding this.
Given that your client is multi-location, if they are worried about this scenario, I would ask them to perform an exercise. Ask them to manually search for whatever the keyword is in question from a device located at that filtered location. Given Google's bias towards searcher proximity, it may well be that customers near the filtered location are actually seeing it appear, whereas you - using a tool or a proxy - are getting a view centered in a zip code or at some other point on the map. If nearby customers are seeing the location nearest to them, then there's really no cause for concern.

Google my business phone reporting? Doesnt cross state lines.
We have a branch in Toledo Ohio, which is close to the Michigan border. Cleary we get calls for direction from Michigan customers. However, our phone reporting does not cross the state line. Any ideas? This happens at other branches that cross state lines as well.

Hello! Does anyone have a good experience with using an online reputation management tool to help generate online reviews for a Google My Business listing, Facebook, etc? The reason I ask about a review software is because of my client's age demographic (50+), so we need to have an automated system to request reviews from their clients and to make it simple for them to leave reviews.

Snap Pack & Yelp/Angie's list Page authority
Hey gang, First off thank you for any advice. I know we are all busy trying to make our money so I really appreciate everyone who chimes in. Links to studies and articles are also much appreciated. So. I am by no mean an SEO expert, I prefer to dabble in outreach and authentic link building campaigns. So you can imagine my frustration when I pull off a successful campaign, get about 4 or 5 great real links, raise in organic, but don't budge on the maps. I have noticed something. 1. My competition's yelp page has a couple more reviews than me (btw it's a locksmith site, I know it's a rather spammy industry, I don't do black hat...) BUT their yelp Page Authority is like 46! Same thing with their angies list, BBB, etc etc. MINE IS 1 across the board. Now I know the internet is changing. There is usually no reason for a locksmith site to have a viral blog. Google is looking toward more Citation based authority for local ranking factors. (Or at least that's what they say, I feel like their algorithm is not yet advanced enough to catch all the spammers.) So I am going to have an ethics meeting with my company and make sure we are alwyas treating our customers fabulously as well as sometimes intentionally asking for a review, not just on google, but across all of our web 2.0 platforms. BUT How do I get MY page authority on these directories higher? By back linking to them? DO you guys think these companies actually had campaigns to get links to these directories? Did they just PBN em'? Am I stuck in 2013!? Much love guys.

Google Reviews Hassle Reduced - Will It Affect Your Strategy?
Hey Local Pals 🙂 As you may have read this past week, Google has FINALLY stopped requiring users to have a G+ account in order to leave reviews. I find this such a breath of fresh air, given what a hassle it was for many customers who simply didn't ever get into the whole Google+ thing to leave reviews on this major player. I believe this can be seen as one of the last stages of the plus/local separation that has been ongoing for many, many months. Given this change, I thought it would be a good time to discuss reviews. My main question is, now that the only thing your customers need to leave a review is some type of Google account, will you be ramping up your Google-specific review outreach? And, in your own experience, do you feel that Google, Yelp or a different review source has the most impact on your business? Would that be ranking impact, leads, conversions, something else? Best practice is to be diverse, of course, but if you could earn good reviews in just one place, which would it be, and why? And, if you have any unusual tips for review outreach, I know the community would love to benefit from them. Thanks for joining the discussion!

Not able to see star ratings Rich Snippet in Google SERP with use of keyword search
Hello, I am webmaster of http://www.bannerbuzz.com and i have applied google rich snippet http://schema.org/aggregateRating for review star ratings in google SERP. I have checked my link in rich snippet tool, i have attached screenshot, you can see it in screenshot no 1 So according to this result i have implemented code properly. When i have checked site:www.bannerbuzz.com in google, then i can see star rating in some of my website's categories, but when i check some of those keywords in google SERP, then i can not see star rating in those keywords.i have attached screenshot below. with search terms : site:www.bannerbuzz.com you can see it in screenshot no 2 with search terms : vinyl banners you can see it in screenshot no 3 So anyone check the same things and let us know the solution if it possible to see star ratings in specific keywords. Google+ Places Reviews
Hi There, Am I right in saying that Google Places reviews cannot be reviewed easily if at all. I have advised a client wirth a negative review to instead respond to the review and get clients to place good quality reviews. However, they seem to think if I ring Google they will just remove them and that Google has confirmed this. I am pretty sure I am right but before I jump through pointless hurdles with Google to be told I am, I want to make sure. Has anyone been successful in removing negative reviews from Google. Google Reviews
We operate a printing company, and at the moment we have two locations in Houston, Texas. Our newest location just opened and so it has no reviews and no real content on Google +. A very satisfied customer seems to have posted two back to back reviews on the second location and it now seems that location no longer pulls up. It used to be that when you googled our business name that both locations pulled up it seems to pull just first more well established location. The second location can still be found but for whatever reason it no longer shows up with our other results. Should we tell the client to remove one of the reviews? I hope we don't get penalized for this Appreciate your feedback. C

Google maps, G+ and Google reviews on right hand side of results page:
Hi Guys Happy Monday! I have been having a real headache trying to the get that panel on the right hand side of the Google results showing up when my company brand is entered as a search query. From all the research that I have done, it looks as though you can't have this panel showing unless you serve customers face to face in your place of work. Is this necessarily true? Our biggest competitor has a very stripped down version of this box which just contains the image from their Google+ page and also a link to their wikipedia page but the point is it shows up when you search for their brand... ours doesn't? Has anyone else recently configured this to work for their website? Any advice? Cheers in advance! Jamie
