Best practice to have gated white paper indexed by Google

Our main website white paper page has an image and brief description of the white paper. Once you click the white paper you are redirected to a form to access the gated white paper. Once you complete that form you are redirected to the white paper pdf which is housed on a subdomain/Hubspot.
Because of this, I do not believe our website is getting "credit" for the keywords/content on these pages. Any suggestions on how we can allow the search engines to crawl this content while still keeping it gated? As I understand it a sub domain cannot hep or hurt (aside from critical crawler issues) the main domain.

I think I have the same question. I was just going to ask it less intelligently. Our gated content always takes the shape of a PDF form on Hubspot.
What are the best practices for getting some SEO benefits from the Case Studies and white papers that we gate?

A similar question- we have informational, content rich brochures in PDF form on Hubspot. Hubspot does not allow PDFs to be added to the site map. Is there another way to get these indexed and searchable?

90 days for Google
Hi, I'm new to Moz so still getting a feel of the forums. If my question has been answered then please point me in the right direction. I have noticed with many SEO companies they advertise that they can get you on google front page in 90 days. I'm not really interested in their techniques but more of why google takes 90+ to even appear. I have been working on my site for over a month, adding content, building good links, social media, blogs etc... but have not even come close to appearing in the top 50 pages for google. Is this normal? Is it just a matter of time before it starts to appear? Also, I have checked my backlinks and there is about 8 links that are coming from random pages in the US and some from China and india which i have no idea of. I tried to visit on of the sites but it had malware. I added all these back links to google disavow so hopefully that will fix it. Could that be the reason google would not even list my site? Is Google indexing something I can't see on my page title?
When I do a search for my businesses website (colourpages.com) it returns a listing which is great but the title tag includes Hull Colour Pages which is our old brand name - we changed to colourpages.com 2 years ago yet Hull Colour Pages is still pulling through on the title tag. What is the recommended practice for badges and seals on the home page.
What is the recommended practice for badges and seals on the home page. They are currently at the bottom of my nav. menu and thus appear on every page. i have them nofollowed but does that still consume page rank. Is it best to get them on to the footer lower on the page or to perhaps not to have them on the home page and place them deeper on the site.

Strange Keywords Google Webmaster Tools
Hey, I have a website about "coffee machines". Since a few months I added a vBulletin forum with vbSEO installed. The keywords Google found before I added the forum where highly related to the topic of my website (e.g. "coffee", "machine" etc), which I checked through the webmaster tools. However, I recently checked again and noticed that Google finds mostly keywords like "post", "forum", "thread", "share" etc. with high significance. Those "keywords" only appear on the forum. Now I'm a bit worried since Google states "These should reflect the subject matter of your site." Any advice how to solve that issue? Thanks!

Is Google Places appropriate for an ecommerce site and blogs
I'm working with a client that has an ecommerce site. He has e physical addresses where they work, however, neither would want customers to go to their office. Is it inappropriate to create a Google Places listing in this situation? I'm working with another client who runs a blog for his PR agency. Is it OK to create a Google Places listing for a blog?
