Hello. We'll need to see what it's telling you so we can help. Can you share a screenshot of the issue? We'll be happy to look at it and give advice.

Just an FYI, just because a canonical tag exists on the page, doesn't mean there aren't issues. So once we see what the issue is telling you, we can help you figure it out.

Using Moz Local for Two Businesses / Two Websites but One Building

I'd like to use Moz Local for two of my clients who share a space. The first one is an independent tattoo artist, who operates inside a larger tattoo shop. Both the tattoo shop and this individual artist have websites, and they'd both like me to optimize for local search. Will this be a problem using Moz Local to add both businesses? I will buy two different Moz Local subscriptions for them, but I don't want one business to override the other since they're inside the same address. Thanks!

Does Moz Local update/correct business listings?

Moz Local distributes your business listing to the important data providers, but what if your business information is already in their database? Does Moz Local update this info for me, or am I still required to go through the manual process of doing this myself on the data providers website (for example, Yelp or Hotfrog)?

Validating Google+ on Moz Local

Hello, On Moz Local it is showing up an incorrect google listing for the business I work for. In my actual Google account there is only one Google listing and it is correct but this correct version doesn't appear on Moz Local. I have followed the criteria to meet your google listing so I am confused in what to do. Many thanks,

How long do Facebook and Google pages have to be published before Moz can verify them?

Hi there. I've checked the forums and have seen similar questions, but couldn't find an answer in them. I have a listing that I imported from my Google My Business account, but it comes up as unverified for both Facebook and Google. Both pages exist, but have only been published for about 3 weeks. Both sites contain the accurate business information and are the appropriate types of pages, so the best I can determine from what I've read in the other posts is that "newly" published Facebook and Google pages may not be able to be verified by Moz Local. So the question is, what is considered "newly published"? New Company with Google+ but not in directories. Does Moz add those even though they show no listing status?

Moz Local - "Not Submitted"

After a successful CSV submission to Moz Local, the only one that isn't submitted is Acxiom. It says "not submitted, not updated". Why is this? Will it just take more time? Is there an issue and if so, how can I rectify it? Thank you.
