An error in the SeoMoz On page note?
-
Hello folks,
Whenever I go the OnPage link in SeoMoz some of my links show a F ranking note. And when I click in one of them to see the detail of the page rank, it shows me as an A ranking note.
Do you have seen the same problem? Which note shall I rely on?
Thanks!!

Hi Jorge,
I have not noticed this problem in my own campaigns.
If you click the F from the first screen it should show you all of the icons, but only the F icon should have reports showing next to it. There is a manual selector at top of this page too so you can change the letter to get a different set of reports.
There is a great explanation of how the On-page feature works if you click the Help link at top of the page and go to this help page.
If yours appears to be malfunctioning, best thing to do is click the link at top of that Help page to Submit a Request and ask Moz staff to check out your campaigns. Be sure to tell them which specific campaigns it is happening with to make it easier to track down.
Hope this helps,
Sha

Sudden increase in on-page links
Within one week, the site crawl shows my on-page links going from ~10 to ~100+ Does anyone know of a rational reason for this? Sucuri shows my site is clean, so I don't think it's a hack. 10 seems too low to begin with anyway. Any ideas? Thanks 🙂

18 404 errors on pages that are actually fine.
Hi, I just used the compain tool to look for errors on my site and it appears that seomoz crawler finds 18 404 errors on pages that are fine in my good. I do proceed with a URL rewritting on those pages, but navigation is fine. Some of the pages are: http://cassplumbingtampabay.com/about-us http://cassplumbingtampabay.com/commercial-services http://cassplumbingtampabay.com/drain-cleaning-repair ... Does anybody know what's going on?

Using seomoz.
Hi, I'm scouring the web for new links, and am taking a closer look at OSE; I'm trying to gauge whether the PA & DA rating(s) in the results page for a domain search takes into account any penalty signals the site may be showing, and whether there is a 'real' way to identify how much value links from the source will give you (if for example, there's already x10 other links away from that page or x100 links away from that domain). Basically - what else needs to be taken into account when using this app to identify link sources, etc. Thanks, David

Image Asset pages shown to have Page Authority
When looking at top pages for my site in www.opensiteexplorer.org I'm seeing a bunch of asset pages being listed to have page authority. How could this be? Is open site explorer mistaken? Here is a page with a PA: 24 http://www.minespress.com/catalogassets/thumbnails/0000437_atx_software_compatible_folders.jpg

SEOMoz says i have errors but goole webmaster doesnt show them - which one is right ?
I have about 350 websites all created in farcry 4.0 cms platform. When i do a site crawl using any seo tool ( seomoz, raven, screaming frog) it comes back telling me I have duplicate titles, description and content for a bunch of my pages. The pages are the same page its just that the crawl is showing the object Id and the friendly URL which is autocreated in the CMS as different pages. EXAMPLE these are the samge page but are recognised as different in SEOMOZ crawl test and therefore flagged as having duplicate title tags and content ... <colgroup span="1"><col style="width: 488pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 23771;" span="1" width="650"></colgroup>

Now i believe i can fix this by chucking in a rel=canonical at the top of each page ? (a big job over 350 sites) But even so - my problem is that the website developers are telling me that SEOMOZ and all the other tools are wrong - that google will see these the way it should, that the object ID's would not get indexed ( although i have seen at least one object id show up in the serps.) Do i believe the developers and trust that google has it sorted or go through the process of hassling the developers to get a rel=canonical added to all the pages? (the issue sees my homepage as about 4 different pages www.domain.com/ www.domain.com/home /index AND object id.0 -
