Which is better for SEO Facebook or Twitter?

If you could choose between a tweet from an influencer or a post from a Facebook fan "influencer"? Which would you choose?

Facebook....although everybody is putting a link to their facebook page from their homepage which is is giving juice to FB...unless you really have lots of engaged fans 1000+

Google still does not have access to Facebook data, specifically to private walls of 100s of millions of users where a big majority of links are shared. Google has the tweet links and other data shared on Twitter and tweeted links has been shown to improve ranks even if temporarily. I'd vote for Twitter in terms of SEO at the moment but this might change should there be some sort of data sharing agreement between Google and Facebook.

If the FB mention had a link in it, I would choose the Facebook share. In the ranking factors for 2011 release Facebook has WAY more influence on Seo then twitter (especially now that google and twitter no longer have their "real time stream" agreement)

Are links from every page of a partners website to my website bad for seo?
I have asked a partner website to link to my website in the Menu Bar. Which has resulted in a link to my website from every page of the partners website (Over 1000 Pages). The link is not a "nofollow" link, it is a regular link. Can this have any negative effects in terms of SEO?

Better to redirect domain or to link from home page?
Hi, I have a niche directory and sometimes clients remove themselves because they have discontinued their business practice. If they sometimes provide me with their own website (as they will no longer use it either), is it wiser for me to: a) directly point their URL 301 to my own directory b) keep their website as is, and add a url link to my directory in their homepage c) keep their website as is, and add an anchored link with the industry keyword to my directory Thanks! Backlinks on Facebook
Has anyone seen the benefits of adding backlinks back to their main site on their facebook page? Also, what about uploading a bunch of pictures of your products onto facebook, and on each picture putting the link directly to that specific product? Is it important to have a geo modifier for local SEO link building?
If anyone here is familiar with local SEO, you may have noticed that there are different local results for: "city + Keyword" and just the "keyword". When building links will you end up targeting both with a geo modifier in the link, or is it beneficial to build links without the geo modifer for the keyword?
