Using the Keyword difficulty tool, under local search volume column, all I get is unavailable for UK queries, is this temporary?
Cheers

Has anyone else experienced this for United States searches? Is this still broken?
-
Yes, the fix for now is to use the AdWords Keyword Tool for this information. The rest of the keyword difficulty tool (the stuff you can't get form other sources) works just fine.
-
Hi and thank you, I'm using the Adwords Keyword tool too at the moment, just wondered about the SeaMoz tool problem.
-
I actually tweeted about this problem a few weeks ago and got the following response from the SEOMoz team:
"It's a known issue with the AdWords API and we're working on it as fast as we can."
I've been using the search volume within Google Keyword Tools in the meantime.

Search traffic steady, Landing pages receiving traffic had massive drop
Following the week of Google's major algorithm update in January, we saw this graph in our Moz dashboard. (green bars are # of landing pages receiving traffic from search, blue line is traffic from search) Traffic from SEO grew slightly, but number of landing pages receiving traffic fell by more than 50%. We didn't make any changes to sitemap, rel=canonical, number of pages being published, etc. Traffic from top keywords held consistent. Number of pages/images google crawled and indexed grew per webmaster tools. Big spike in Nov/Dec is because we are in retail, seasonal not technical issues. Is anyone else experience the same thing? An algo change? Or something more specific to our site? Quality traffic is what we care about, so number of pages traffic is going to could be a positive thing (easier to optimize). But jury is out. Why is MOZ and Google search Volume so different?
A search term in MOZ shows the monthly search volume to be 49K. In Google, the same term shows the search volume at only 1300 monthly searches. Which do I trust? Thanks, Don

Could client be skewing search results?
I'm working with a client that is searching Google numerous times per day for various phrases that his site may rank for. A lot of these he uses the same search phrase multiple times/day to see if there is any change. Unfortunately, these are not the phrases I have optimized his site for. Moz is now displaying some of these search phrases along with associated pages and grading them as F - because they are not optimized for these phrases. Is it possible that my client caused this by doing the searches? If I already have particular pages grading an A for the targeted term chosen, should I attempt to add elements to move the F to a better position for the new keyword phrase being suggested? (I always thought you should target one page/phrase. Thanks!!

Bing Search volume 0 is this good or bad?
So this might be a stupid question, but that whole no such thing as a stupid questions applies here. I am trying to narrow down keywords for title tags and on page optimization. I am focusing on my local, instate SEO only. So no nationwide searches, just local. When I add in my state, so Colorado then keyword It shows 0 matches. When I add Keyword then Colorado a few matches But there is a difficulty rating of 30% or so. Would this mean that it would be good to go after this? or bad because no one searches for my term? Then when I add my keyword, and no state, 6000 matches. But would this mean everyone and there brother is going after it? So unless you are a big brand, stay away? Thank you for your help. I am just trying to make sure I am using it right. Chris

If it updating automatically then how much time it is taking for replication/to reflect. Local search results reporting
Is there a way I can report on local search results for our keywords by city?

For example could I specify Phoenix or Chicago and then see how we rank as if we did the search in that city?0 -
What is the correlation between the SEOMOZ PR number and where my site is showing up in an organic search?
For years, our company placed 3 or 4 in an organic search on Google for the keyword I am inquiring about. A couple of months ago, we went down to number 15. I then subscribed to SEOMOZ and began a concerted effort to improve our ranking for this keyword. Slowly, our listing came up higher in searches and on our reports- back onto the first page #8. Our weekly SEOMOZ reports reflected this improvement, but then it dropped down again to page 2, #11. My most recent report, this week, gave us a PR 8 for this keyword, but our listing is showing upon page 2, #11. I do have my personal search and browser history disabled. I am unclear as to why there is this discrepancy.
