Have you tried the SEOmoz Crawl Diagnostics report? That will show the 404 errors and the pages on the site that have the links to those pages.

If you click on each error, you can get more info on the error and where it is occurring. You can also download a CSV report and open in excel (or another spreadsheet program) and see more details about the errors.

The SEOmoz Site Crawl indicates that we have too many on page links on over 9,970 pages. This is an ecommerce site with a large number of categories. I have a couple of questions regarding this issue:
