There are many factors to discover your backlinks in Moz or any other crawler. first is the quality of the page where you link your website. sometime crawler takes some time to discover your links, generally, it takes 3/4 business days.
I am also facing this issue with my website MagentoBrain but now Moz discover all my backlinks.
