I guess you are asking the things to do to bring spam score down. Before diving further, I would like to tell you that spam score is not an official metric by Google but a metric by Moz that gives you an idea of how spammy your domain is (on the basis of sites that have linked to you). If you have a high spam score, then I recommend you to find out all those sites that have linked to you (you can use Moz Link checker for this). Once you have found all those links, then start deleting them one-by-one (if those links were created by you manually). Otherwise, you can simply submit a disavow file (list of all spammy links) to Google using Google search console.
