Confusing Search Engine by sending two different signal about one URL. You must keep it simple by applying 301 redirect from domain.com/en to domain.com. Domain.com/en version is little confusing for user as well, they will think that domain.com has a different default Language.

We are using Rank Tracker and Rank Rangers for tracking live keywords. My personal favorite is Rank Tracker because you can track your competitors, generate reports, search visibility and landing pages.

There was a google update in March which Gary Illyes jokingly referred to is as "Fred" - Fred Update. The main purpose of that update to target websites with thin content, low-quality content or spammy links. I think your keyword is the victim of that update. Hope you find your answer.

Please help me. Our one of website is under attack by hacker once again. They have injected spammy URL and google is indexing, but we could not find these pages on our website. These all are 404 Pages.

Our website is not secured. No HTTPS
