I've added some AggregateOffer schema for some products with properties such as

lowPrice
highPrice
pricevaliduntil
availability
itemCondition
priceValidUntil

we change our sale price quite often and I am relying on the priceValidUntil to stop showing the prices once a date has lapsed.

However, I am still seeing the prices on SERPPs once the date has passed. Is there anyway to get around this?

note: I have tried updating the schema 2 days before the sale ends just to make sure Google has crawled the page in time. However Google is still a bit slow in crawling the pages even after requesting index.

Any suggestion is welcome.

We only disavowed the bad links yesterday not afew months ago, however, none of these links where here last time we checked which was afew months ago. These links are still appearing on Google Console however, it hasn't been 48 hours.

Many of them are linking to websites that seem to be down, however some are actual porn/spam sites. We're very concerned as this has happened the week of Black Friday and we are scratching our heads looking for a fast solution.

** So the questions are;**

_**1. While we understand we need to wait 48 hours for these links to be disavowed, how long after they are disavowed would it take to have the our website reappearing on Google again?

2. What else can we do to speed up recovery penalty from unwanted nasty backlinks? **_

Following on from a previous problem of 2 of our main pages completely dropping from index, we have discovered that 150+ spam, porn domains have been directed at our pages (sometime in the last 3-4 months, don't have an exact date).

Does anyone have exerpeince on how long it may take Google to take noticed of a new disavow list? Any estimates would be very helpful in determining our next course of action.

We have received no notifications for anything.

The URLs in question are -

It's impossible to know what the best course of action is. We don't know if they have been manually reviewed or if a error has occurred or what.

Worst timing for this to happen as well.

Still no notifications at all and no manual actions reported under any of our web properties.

We are facing an issue where two of our major rankings pages have just completely disappeared from search results.

This has happened in the last 24 - 48 hours and there has been no changes made to the site. From what we can tell, it's only impacted two pages (but two very important category pages).

I have double and triple checked all standard indexing protocols - Search Console URL inspection says the pages are fine to crawl and index. URLs have been requested to re-index but nothing has worked.

This would have me to believe it could be a manual action yet there are no notifications in Search Console and we are listed as 'No issues detected' in all versions of our web property.

Can anyone else think what could be the reason?

Years ago the rank would be the same across Australia. If we ranked 3rd in one city, it would be the same in every other city.

Right now, we are ranking 3rd in Sydney and Melbourne, however we ranking a low 7th in Brisbane for keyword "Trampolines". Why is this? How can we fix it in Brisbane.

Interestingly, we are a Brisbane based business.

The keyword is "Trampolines" and the website is http://www.vulyplay.com

Tried using http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/? It has inbound linking functionality.

Alternatively, I'm not entirely sure if this will work, but try going to Google and putting in:

allintext:example.com/page OR intext:example.com

I tried this to find who was linking to our old domain and managed to find a fair few results. If your client ONLY has the home page now, I'm assuming any other page would be "broken"?

On your beta sites in future, I would recommend using Basic HTTP Authentication so that spiders can't even access it (this is for Apache):

AuthUserFile /var/www/sites/passwdfile
AuthName "Beta Realm"
AuthType Basic
require valid-user
Then htpasswd -m /var/www/sites/passwdfile username

If you do this as well, Google's Removal Tool will go "ok its not there I should remove the page" as well, because they usually ask for content in the page as a check for removal. If you don't remove the text, they MAY not process the removal request (even if it has noindex [though I don't know if that's the case]).

Thanks for your reply! Hmm... the thing is we honestly haven't paid for any links at all ever. The listing on linksjuice.com was premium because we put a reciprocal link in an old blog post. Are these types of big directory listings things that Penguin targeted? Because a number of our competitors (who weren't affected last year), are also listed in similar directories. A number of the directories we are in now are only recent additions (a month or so ago, in response to our big drop in traffic 8 months ago).

Did you find our most common anchor text from open site explorer's 'anchor text' listing? The anchor text you mentioned is only used 5 times according to OSE. There's 'trampoline australia vuly trampolines' as img text, did you mean that one? That's just one website who has a badge on each page of their website.

We started a campaign in April for our authorised resellers to have a badge linking back to our website, not for our primary keyword, but to our trading name and company name. We aren't paying or forcing them to put it on or anything, we have some very loyal resellers who love our products, and there are also some that are fake (which is also one of the reasons we started this) and pretend to sell our products but ship other low quality models.

We have a SEO company that also does work for us on link building sometimes as well. Thing is, I never know what they do or what links they build for us. We have left it totally up to them and never done any of our own link building until a few months ago to try and get back up.

So do you think it could still be a bad back-link thing? If someone were to link to our website's homepage, and we want to rank for 'trampoline', should the anchor text always be trampoline? That's something Google has been trying to fix up with Penguin isn't it? Noticing when its all the same anchor text and ignoring some of the links because of it?

If you look at linking root domains, you'll see stuff like stackoverflow, css-tricks etc (these are all from when I've posted and used my website's URL in the website field). Could this have diluted our ranking at all? Google should be smart enough to recognise that?
