No matter that anyone says, you can't be punished for outbound links to your site...imagine if I wanted to sabotage one of my competitors rankings in google, well I could order a load of spammy links couldn't I, I could even use proxies or some other technique to really hide my mischievous work.
To be honest I have never heard of some one discovering spammy links to their site?? Are you sure you didn't order a link building service that has gone sour?? There is nothing to be ashamed of if you did....
Good Luck!

Dear Saurabh,
There is a very low chance that those links might leave a negative impact on your website, because the anchor text doesn't match with your website subject at all. So I think that Google will simply ignore these links. Of course there is always a way to send an email asking to remove the link from the website but not in your case, where you have 9000 links
The best what you can do in this case is to get some valuable links from trusted websites with relevant information, thereby you will get some credibility in front of the Google!
Hope it will make sense to you,
Cheers ,
Russel

What about a No-record backlink in the eye of Google
I have an uncertainty - when I make a backlink as a piece of SEO in some site when I reviewed similar couple of days after. It hasn't filed and I checked its robots record. It appearing Client specialist: Mediapartners-Google Disallow: User-Agent: * Disallow: However, is this make any backlink uphold or only this with the end goal of not ordering in google. I make it straightforward - "Is this sort of backlink creation my site My Music Goals uphold my SEO action or Not?" In this No-record site.

Target load time on ecommerce websites in 2017
I have a client that is redeveloping their website in Magento and is interested to know what their target page load time should be. I've read some stuff on this that's over a year old and curious if anyone has a census on what the averages are or what we should aim for. I know the simple answer is "as fast as it can be", but wondering if anyone has additional insight. Thanks!

How do you 'close down' a website?
Hello all, If a company acquires a smaller company and 'absorbs' its products and services into its own website, what is the protocol with closing down the smaller company's site? So far we added our branding to the site alerting their visitors to the imminent takeover, and 301 redirected certain pages - soon we'll be redirecting all the pages to their counterparts on the main website. Once that's done, should we noindex the old site? Anything else? Thanks, Caro

Huge uptick in 404s on new website
I just launched a new website, and I see that the 404s shot up hugely in Google Webmaster Tools right during the launch. We went from Drupal to WordPress, but I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on whether these 404s represent a crisis, or potentially something harmless? There has been no noticeable SEO downtick in terms of keywords or queries during the same period... Thanks for any thoughts. Screenshot-2015-05-19-13.58.55.png

Building a new website post penalty and redirects
A website I'm working on is clearly algorithmically penalised. I've spent a lot of time mass disavowing spammy links, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. We have been planning to build a new website anyway since we are rebranding. 1. Is it possible to tell which pages are most likely to have a penalty applied? 2. If the website as a whole has a penalty, will redirecting certain pages to the new website carry the penalty? 3. Our website is structured as sales pages and blog content. It is the sales pages that have the spammy links, yet most of the blog content does not rank either. Would it be a good strategy to only redirect all the blog posts (which have natural links pointing to them) to the new website and not the sales pages? 4. The homepage has a mix of spam and very good editorial links. If I have disavowed links and domains, can I safely redirect this page?

How to create a tree-like structure map of a website?
Hi all, The online marketing manager requested to make a tree-like map of the website. He means that he would like to see a graphical representation of the website and his contents. This way we will be able to see if there are internal link issues. The problem is that there are thousands of pages and many subdomains, manual labour would make this a very tedious task. If you would get this question, how would you try to solve this? Any software recommendation?
