Are free WordPress templates bad for SEO?
-
Hello,
I often build sites using WordPress. The other day I read an article in which the author stated that the sites built using the free WordPress template are not SEO-friendly. Could someone please confirm this statement? Does this mean that I need to develop themes myself or buy WordPress templates?
Thank you for your help.

Hi,
Ok, I will follow your advise. Thank you!

Just make sure that after you install the template, that you take a look at the code and make sure everything is fine for SEO. Remember that you can always modify the code to make it work for you.

International SEO and Website Redirection
Hey there Mozzers, If you have a website for example www.example.com and you wanted to target Australia and UK and you owned the .com.au and .co.uk. Would that be ok if everything redirected to the .com ? I know that having the .com.au is a signal for Google but the redirection is causing me troubles. Would that be huge of a difference if everything redirected to the .com version of the site?

Where to begin (SEO-wise) with my Website?
Hello, We hired a company to design an e-commerce website for us. Along the way they did some initial SEO design, but we are clearly a long way from where we need to be. I'm not a web-designer or a knowledgeable SEO person. I have the website linked to webtools, google analytics and obviously this site as well. I've been toying with the idea of just trying to accomplish some SEO myself, but the more I read about SEO, the more daunting it seems. I'm a full-time military pilot, so this seems like it involves more time than I have to give. Where do I begin? My Website www.phoenixprintingsolutions.com Thanks in advance

Proving Bad Intent
Okay, so based on common sense re: author name and generic comment... ...I'm pretty sure this blog comment awaiting approval is aimed at getting users to a phony site in hopes they will make a donation to a fraudster impersonating Johns Hopkins. But if you check out the URL, you'll see they are not idiots. It's an .edu address with a high DA. Two questions: Are my suspicions well founded? How would I go about proving this, in a less clear cut case? Author : how to grow weed (IP: 173.208.91.231 , 173-208-91-231.ipvnow.com)
