Can anyone recommend software for recording phone calls through Adwords?

Hey Mozzers,
I want to start recording phone calls as a result of PPC campaigns. Can anyone recommend an easy to implement system for setting this in place which will allow me to track calls placed as a result of PPC advertising. The ability to record the calls for training purposes would be a bonus.

Hi Keri, the UK (then Ireland, Spain and Germany). UK is most important at this time but a supplier who does all would be ideal.

We had a demonstration of a piece of software called AdInsight Clarity a while back which might be what you're looking for. IIRC worked by replacing telephone numbers on your site dynamically with their own numbers so you could track which telephone enquiries came from PPC.

Best to Include Phone Number as CTA Button in Mobile Version of B+B Web Site?
We are attempting to keep the number of CTAs (Calls to Action) on our commercial real estate website to a minimum. Our adjusted design (see attached) has 2 CTAs. One is "Contact Agent" the other is "Schedule a Tour". We are focusing on the listing page, which is the primary product page and critical in terms of CTA. Our mobile version does not show a phone number while the desktop version (also attached) displays a phone number. Should the mobile version also display a button a phone number? Some members of our target audiences, business owners and executives who are often in their 40s and 50s may prefer to call us up rather than communicate by written message. Any suggestions for elegantly displaying the phone number without causing confusion? I have read that the number of CTAs should be limited so I am on the fence as to whether or not to include a phone number Thanks,

Reasonable Cost for Adwords PPC Set Up?
What is a reasonable cost to set up Adwords Campaign? This would include keyword research, set up of Adwords, set up re-marketing banners, creative and coding landing pages using Instapage. Lets say there are 3 ad groups and two landing pages per add group. Assuming the vendor is highly experienced and located in the United States, what is a fair price? $700, $1,000, $1,500? How about for the monthly management of the campaign? Let's assume advertising budget is $3,000. Is $500 per month reasonable, $800, $1,000? I do not want to over pay not under pay and am trying to determine a cost which is fair to both of us. Answers should be based on a US based vendor with native English and extensive experience with PPC. Thanks, Alan

Does anybody know of a reliable website phone call lead tracking service that integrates with Google Analytics?
We are trying to get more detailed data about where direct website phone calls are coming from (not just Adwords call extensions). We know there are a few services available that do this. However are there any recommendations for a reliable one? We would like to show our clients Google Analytics conversion metrics that shows incoming phone calls from different campaigns.

Using my Adwords budget
Hi, I have a huge budget for adwords but I only seem to be using about 1/10 of it daily. How to I go about using more budget but also keeping my conversion costs and % around the same? And should each campaign have its own set of unique keywords? Should these keywords never appear in more than 1 campaign? Any tips on maximising budget and increasing conversions would be great. OK Mozers! Here's the situation (my parents went away on a weeks vacation...) • I am managing an online furniture retail website Infurn .com • Our budget is 500 euro per day and we need basically 20% cost per sale and im hovering at 30 - 35% • I recently was given the opportunity to participate in The Conversion Optimiser which allows you to set a desired CPA and Google works its magic geting you that target by adjusting your bids accordingly using historical campaign data. • Is this something I should use? Or should I continue to hone my ad groups, bids, products, landing pages, and ad copy until I reach my 15 - 20% CPA goal? Thanks!

Hi, I wish to understand how do we exactly compete against our competitors. Do you mean to say that I search for a set of keywords and if results show something else instead of my website these others become my competitors. Is that all?
