We're frustrated on this end too. We have one update that we've rolled out that we'll see how it does for fixing things. The coffee around here this morning has been going fast and brewed really dark as we try to get everything working again.

I'm so sorry you've been experiencing problems. Can you let me know what you've seen that has been down for a month? I can work with you and help desk to get that fixed -- I'm not aware of an outage for a month that's affected everyone.

my problem is I heard good things about moz from a lot of people and I am eager to see what the tools can do but they have not worked for almost my entire trial month. guess thats a no-go on a subscription.

Yep, me too.
Seems like things are a mess right now with a number of tools. Its not unusual for one item to be on the fritz, but multiple at the same time is a bit frustrating.

We're sorry you've been seeing these problems for so long. On our end, we know of problems with the Keyword Difficulty Tool and Rank Tracker since Friday of last week, and Mozbar/OSE since early this (Thursday) morning.
We'll be keeping our Twitter feed updated with the status as we know it. We're still tracking down what happened to OSE right now.

Mozbar has stopped working for me today. I’ve tried reinstalling it but it’s still not working. I’ve been running Firefox 15.0 since the update came out on the 29<sup>th</sup> of August and it’s been absolutely fine until now.
Just tried OSE and that’s down, we’ve also been having issues with the keyword difficulty too for a while now too.

Have to say I am really dissapointed with the way in which some of the tools consistantly drop their service - especially the KW tool

Not sure what is really going on as the Mozbar, KW Difficulty tools as well as Open Site Explorer have not been working for the past two weeks for me. I just keep getting 'Unavailable' each time I try and use the KW Difficulty tool.

Yes I am waiting for updated reports on keyword rankings for one of my sites since 24 August.
I put a ticket in but still no response other than automatic email.
Would be nice to know that whatever the problem is it is being fixed!

I think something is wrong with the Open Site Explorer which supplies the data for the SeoMoz bar.... I keep getting an error when I use the open site explorer.

Moz and HubSpot SSL - crawl error?
I'm getting an error message when Moz tries to crawl my site, however when I check in Google Search Console, they return no errors. Our site is hosted on HubSpot. Is Moz still having trouble crawling HubSpot sites that have enabled their SSL? I read an article that this should have been corrected in early 2017, but I'm getting an error.

I have a site that is showing Internal 0 Equity-Passing Links, 0 Internal links, and every page bar the homepage has a PageAuthority of 0\. Any suggestions on why this could be?
The website has been around for several years, although did undergo a significant redesign at the end of last year. I greatly appreciate any help.

Rank tracking in Excel via MOZ API?
Hi there, i hope someone knows the solution to this problem. I created/ copied the "advanced Excel Keyword Analysis Report" that Dan Peskin was kind enough to share, you can find it here: http://moz.com/blog/how-to-build-an-advanced-keyword-analysis-report-in-excel. Now i m looking for a solution to rank my Keywords by using an API, preferably the MOZ API. My keywords are alligned in a column "Keword List", which will be regularly updated. Next to this column i would like to have a column with the corresponding rank. Is there a automatic solution, or do i have to do it manually?

Wild Fluctuations With Yahoo/Bing Moz Report
Whenever I get my weekly custom report, I usually see steady but moderate gains in Google or slight drops 1 to 3 spots. But, with Yahoo/Bing it's just crazy. +25 here, -47 here, etc, etc. Also, we even have keywords that we rank in the top 3 on with google, but not the top 50 with Bing or Yahoo. Not sure how that's possible. Nor do I understand how if Bing powers Yahoo, how we can have reports that show a dramatic increase (or decline) in Bing, but the opposite in Yahoo. Granted, not all the rankings are like that for Bing and Yahoo, but there are so many discrepancies, I'm starting to wonder if it's a software problem or something. Does this happen to anyone else? Hi! G’day to you. I am Naresh from Dotline Infotech. I’d like to take up couple of concerns to be clarified for my better understanding on Moz tool. Indeed, Moz is a nice SEO tool that helps in improving Search engine optimization comprehensive process. We are moz pro member since a year. Moz has equally bifurcated every SEO activity and rate it according to its own benchmark. I intend to ask a series of concerns; Q1. Moz has page grading system A to F. According to Moz guidelines, if the keywords on the page gets repeated minimum 4 times, Moz consider it as ‘A’ grading (one of Moz metric to evaluating the page). Whereas, Google indicates repetition of same keywords time and again is treated as keyword stuffing. According to me, if keywords are already within the content one or two time and furnishing relevant information, why keywords re-occurrence to be 4 time. Does the repetition of same keywords 4 times will lead to give more valuable information? Just a request to let me share why we should unnecessarily repeat keywords? Q2. As per Google guidelines, only 3 keywords can be placed in title tag and also advisable to use only one h1 tag instead of multiple. Among 3 keywords in title tag, only one main keyword can be used in H1 tag. Moz gives much weight age to that particular keyword placed in H1 tag but rest two keywords does not get any importance. I just like to know if we use three H1 tags within page, will it increase the page grading or not. Q3. Does Moz tool have its own index data or refer to Google’s ones? Q4. Following the Moz guidelines completely, will it be 100% sure all our keyword rankings, page authority, domain authority certainly be improved. Looking forward to hear you soon. Thanks

Since July 1, we've had a HUGE jump in errors on our weekly crawl. We don't think anything has changed on our website. Has MOZ changed something that would account for a large leap in duplicate content and duplicate title errors?
Our error report went from 1,900 to 18,000 in one swoop, starting right around the first of July. The errors are duplicate content and duplicate title, as if it does not see our 301 redirects. Any insights?
