We're frustrated on this end too. We have one update that we've rolled out that we'll see how it does for fixing things. The coffee around here this morning has been going fast and brewed really dark as we try to get everything working again.

I'm so sorry you've been experiencing problems. Can you let me know what you've seen that has been down for a month? I can work with you and help desk to get that fixed -- I'm not aware of an outage for a month that's affected everyone.

my problem is I heard good things about moz from a lot of people and I am eager to see what the tools can do but they have not worked for almost my entire trial month. guess thats a no-go on a subscription.

Yep, me too.
Seems like things are a mess right now with a number of tools. Its not unusual for one item to be on the fritz, but multiple at the same time is a bit frustrating.

Hi Mark,
We're sorry you've been seeing these problems for so long. On our end, we know of problems with the Keyword Difficulty Tool and Rank Tracker since Friday of last week, and Mozbar/OSE since early this (Thursday) morning.
We'll be keeping our Twitter feed updated with the status as we know it. We're still tracking down what happened to OSE right now.

Mozbar has stopped working for me today. I’ve tried reinstalling it but it’s still not working. I’ve been running Firefox 15.0 since the update came out on the 29<sup>th</sup> of August and it’s been absolutely fine until now.
Just tried OSE and that’s down, we’ve also been having issues with the keyword difficulty too for a while now too.

Have to say I am really dissapointed with the way in which some of the tools consistantly drop their service - especially the KW tool

Not sure what is really going on as the Mozbar, KW Difficulty tools as well as Open Site Explorer have not been working for the past two weeks for me. I just keep getting 'Unavailable' each time I try and use the KW Difficulty tool.

Yes I am waiting for updated reports on keyword rankings for one of my sites since 24 August.
I put a ticket in but still no response other than automatic email.
Would be nice to know that whatever the problem is it is being fixed!

I think something is wrong with the Open Site Explorer which supplies the data for the SeoMoz bar.... I keep getting an error when I use the open site explorer.

Canonicalisation/ Moz/ WP.
Hi, I've recently put a new site live using Wordpress, and have hooked it up to Moz Analytics. Moz is reporting >1000 pages with 'missing meta description page', and >250 with 'duplicate page content'. The issues seem to be being flagged by pages with '?sort=asc&view=main', ?show=paged&view=main, '?sort=ratedup&show=all&view=list', etc. I have a number of category pages, which users can filter by etc to give them the information in the way they want to see it. I have this ' I haven't got many pages indexed by Google yet, so can't see if they're hitting the same issues as Moz. Any help/ advice appreciated.

MOZ Pro - Page Grader Queries
Greetings! I started a new position last week and the extremely supportive director promised to give me anything I required to make my job easier. Of course, my first port of call was MOZ Pro. Having never used MOZ Pro before, I've just been getting to grips with it, fixing any pressing issues and giving the whole site a general SEO health check. A few fairly major issues have been flagged, which I'm in the process of fixing, and I'm currently putting our main landing pages through the MOZ Page Grader. After a little bit of tinkering, our iPhone 6 cases page has been graded B for the term 'iPhone 6 cases', but I have a few queries/concerns regarding some of the suggested fixes: **Avoid keyword stuffing in document **- The term 'iphone 6 cases' only appears thrice in the body, so it can't be that? The term, however, appears 23 times in the page's img alt tags. Could this be the issue? This is an ecommerce site that sells iPhone 6 cases, so the img alt tags are bound to contain that keyword. Each img alt tag is unique, so I don't really know what I can do here? "Show details for YouSave iPhone 6 0.6mm Clear Gel Case" is the example of the img alt tag of one of the products on that page, surely I can't remove the words 'iPhone 6 case'? Avoid too many internal links - MOZ suggests keeping the internal links to below 100 or, at a minimum, less than 100 links on the main navigation menu. I haven't counted, but I'd guess that page has more than 100 links, but not too many on the navigation menu. To me, this looks like a standard ecommerce page, with links to products and different pages via the top and bottom menus. Would I improve visibility if I reduced the amount of links by, say, reducing the number of products on the page? We currently have it set to 36, but can easily be reduced. Only One Canonical URL - We've put a fix in place for this issue and are just waiting for it to go live. For some reason rel=canonical tags have been duplicated on the majority of the pages. Like I say, this is being remedied, but I just wondered whether a duplicate tag negatively affect the page's visibility? The tags are identical and just point to the page they're on. I think that's about it for now! Thanks in advance and keep up the good work! Is there a tool on Moz or out on the internet that does bad link checker
I'm still pretty new to this and I was wondering if there is a free software, one of Moz or free out on the the internet that allows you to check bad links. I've done a lot of link building with citations and directories that for my clients industry. I just don't want to add their website and profile to a bad/risky directory and it penalizes my clients. I've seen a few out there, but I need one that is respectable and reliable. Any suggestions? I found one called bad neighborhood http://www.bad-neighborhood.com/text-link-tool.htm. So, I love the Grader, but when I export to PDF the pretty little graphics go away. Is this correctable?

Why is moz saying I have a 404 error?
I recently asked a question on here about how to fix my 404 error. I figured it out, and now webmaster tools says it's not there any more. This as been confirmed by keeping watch for about a week now. But Moz just crawled my site today and is for some reason showing an error. Am i missing something here or is Moz a little slow sometimes?

Why does SEO moz show so many more duplicate page titles than webmaster
My SEO moz duplicate page titles are more than double the webmaster duplicate page titles. Plus, some of the items appearing in SEO moz are not really duplicates. Anyone else seeing this?
