What's a good host for wordpress?
-
I've been using A2Hosting.com for a few years and am looking for something more reliable and better tech support.
I've looked at WP Engine, but would like something less expensive or someone to convince me that it's worth the cost
I have 10 domains using Wordpress (clients sites) that need hosting.
What are your recommendations, and what would be the ideal set up?
-
I use Bluehost quite a bit.
Here's a list of Wordpress-recommended hosts. Bluehost is one of them.
-
Thanks. How has there tech support been? They have a lot of negative reviews but its hard to tell if those are BS.
I've been reading good things about Zippy Kid though.

Go with WPEngine.com - you are able to get dedicated IPs per blog, multi-network Wordrpess hosting etc. In my experience the best "host-and-forget" option.

Does Sticky Post in WordPress Have Impact on SEO?
Hi, I Have a Blog that I have attached a "sticky" post, obviously the content in the "sticky" post is the content that I want to ensure that everyone sees. I do update, by adding new posts daily or at least everyother day, my question is: Is the "sticky" post hurting, helping, or is it indifferent to SEO? I know the SE enjoy fresh content, and was wondering does that fresh content have to pop-up at the top of the page otr not. Any input would be great. Thanks. Jimmy

How can you change 'Google related searches'?
I am having problems for a few clients where google is suggesting negative related searches. I have had success getting Google suggestion (auto-complete) to suggest the keywords we want to be associated with the brand but the 'Searches Related to....' at the bottom of the search page is a big problem. Many of the terms are negative of sometimes defamatory and have absolutely not relevance to the brand. Even upon clicking on the related searches the pages Google displays are about other businesses. Can anyone suggest how to teach Google these term are irrelevant or any other suggestions as to how to remove them?

Looking for Freelance SEO'ers
Hi, I wouldn't normally post a request for freelancers here, but I noticed someone else has done it and its not against the rules! so here goes... We are looking for Freelancers to help with our work load. In particular we are searching for Link Builders who can establish links on various websites through the use of article writing/blog content posting and other methods. Also, we require general SEOs who can perform the usual technical tasks such as creating 301's, canonicals and SEO audit reports on client websites. Ideally we only want UK based, white hatters with at least 2 years SEO experience. Please pm me if this interests you. Thanks Aran

Help settle an argument pls - are local results 'organic'?
Hi y'all. Hoping you can help give some definition here to organic results as I've inadvertantly started an argument in a forum when I was suggesting to some soul in need of advice that he needed to concentrate on the two types of SEO, those being Organic AND Local search results. So the argument started that Local search IS Organic, and results are classed as either Organic or Paid. Though to me, the term 'organic results' represents the search results derived from googles main website indexing algorithm, Not Paid, and not any of the Verticals (Local/News/Images/Video etc.) So would love to hear what others views are... if I'm totally wrong I'll go back and graciously accept my education 🙂
