Just signed up for Moz Local. Filled in all of the information. My score dropped a bunch of points and my Facebook as -100% now...WTF? PLEASE HELP! I thought this was supposed to fix the issues that were wrong, not wreck what was right!

Duly noted!
In the case of the Facebook page, it looks like it's not being included in your Moz Local listing because the name on the page isn't a match to the Google+ page which was used to validate your listing. If you were able to change the Facebook name from Detroit Deluxe to Detroit Deluxe Paint Body and Car Restoration, then you should see it included within your listing report.
I'm sorry that you're feeling frustrated with the process. As far as the functionality of the system goes, the general timeframe for updating listings can occur in as little as a day or so, but some of our partners can take up to 8-12 weeks to be fully updated. This is talked about within this list of frequently asked questions on the topic of Moz Local: https://mza.seotoolninja.com/local/faq

Thank you for your response. But it did not give me an answer that led to resolving this issue. PLEASE NOTE that i did everything in the response yet no answer as to why Facebook is gone. PLEASE NOTE that the Facebook was originally on there when MOZ did their initial test. ALSO it was added into he social media links as shown in the the image. Also note that Moz talked about making life easy, this program so far has been a pain! 2 weeks to see results? why wouldnt MOZ say that up front? Is it because no one would use it? Please investigate, I was so pumped about this program now i am feeling like it is a mistake and waist of money.

Hi there!
In general, your listing score is simply a representation of how your complete your listing is among all of Moz Local's partners and non-partners. While I would consider it strange that you'd see an immediate change in listing score, it doesn't seem like it could be related to Moz Local's updates because the changes we make usually take a few weeks to propagate. With respect to the Facebook page, there can be a number of reasons why it's not showing up. I'd recommend checking out the 'FAQ' section of this article for some reasons why it may not be visible to Moz Local: https://mza.seotoolninja.com/help/guides/local/listing
If you're still encountering issues after taking a look at those factors, then I'm certainly happy to investigate :). I hope this helps! Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions or concerns! Thanks, and have an awesome day!

Unsolved How do you use placeholders in Moz Local Descriptions?
I noticed you can use placeholders in your business descriptions in MOZ Local such as |city|, |name|, etc. How do you effectively use these and how do they work on the directories? Thanks!

Validating Google+ on Moz Local
Hello, On Moz Local it is showing up an incorrect google listing for the business I work for. In my actual Google account there is only one Google listing and it is correct but this correct version doesn't appear on Moz Local. I have followed the criteria to meet your google listing so I am confused in what to do. Many thanks,

MOZ not verifying my Google My Business listing
Hello Folks, Moz Local is not verifying my Google My Business Listing nor is it verifying the manual CSV upload. My Google My Business Listing and my manual CSV upload correctly display all of the same information as my Google My Business Listing and Facebook Page using the following Moz Local guidelines. The only thing that I can think of is that Moz Local is currently pulling up and older listing with a toll free number; however that has been corrected and the feed is real time, so I'm at a loss. Facebook The name, address, and phone number (NAP) listed on the page must be an exact match with the listing in Moz Local. The primary phone number listed must be a unique local number or a toll-free number. The primary page category must be “local business”. A minimum of 2 visitor check-ins are required. Not sure what to do here? Head to Facebook's resources to see how to let people check in and how you can check in. The page must be fully accessible to all potential visitors, so any restrictions based on age, location, etc. must be disabled. This can be easily checked by attempting to view the Facebook page in a Chrome incognito browser while not logged into a Facebook account; if you can view the page normally in these conditions, the accessibility should be in good shape! Google My Business The name, address, and phone number (NAP) listed on the page must be an exact match with the listing in Moz Local. The primary phone number listed must be a unique local number or a toll-free number. The business must not be listed as a “service area business”. A service area business displays with the street address being hidden, as well as the listing not being surfaced through the Google Places API (which is where we pull the listing details from). The listing must be verified by postcard. As a note, it may take a couple days after the postcard verification process for the listing to be available through the Google Places API. The listing must be completely searchable through Google Maps, with the full NAP listed correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Validation needed - listing not found on google or facebook, but I'm looking at my google my business listing. Whats going on?
It is telling me "we were unable to validate the following listings with google or facebook", but the information matches my google my business listing exactly (for as much as I can tell) why won't it let me validate? I know I have a google my business listing as I am the manager of it and i synced it to moz local via google my business. So why is it not validating when i know for a fact it is listed in Google? Sharper Impressions Painting Inc 6292 Valleyview Dr, Fishers, IN 46038 (317)423-0230. My other 4 sharper impressions listings were validated (even the kansas city one that is still waiting to be verified on google my business) so I am at a loss as to why this one will not validate. Please advise.

Can I add all three branch locations of a small credit union to one Moz local listing, and if not, is it worth it to pay for three different local listings with MOZ?
Adding Moz local listing for a small credit union with only three branches. I am doing this to update their information across the web, but do not want to have to create three separate spread sheets and / or pay for three separate listings. Is there a way to add all three branches to one listing? If not, is it worth the expense and does it help or hurt if you add three separate listings with the same name and phone number but three different addresses. We also do not want to set up more than one Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc, accounts.

Is the Google Local Descriptor compatible with MOZ Local?
If I'm understanding Google correctly, we can use a single descriptor as part of a business name, and to do so, you use the following format in the business name field: Business Name - Descriptor Is this correct? If so, is it not compatible with MOZ Local? I used the format above, and MOZ seems to see the descriptor as part of the business name, and won't let me verify. Is the best approach to using a descriptor to get verified first, then add it? Or will that mess other things up?
