Why does a word show as 'Google en-US Mobile Friendly' = FALSE when it also shows that it ranks 3 on mobile?

I pulled a recent report for all words I'm tracking locally and it states that a specific term ranks #4 on desktop and #3 on mobile.
But in separate columns, specifically "Google en-US Mobile Friendly" that same terms shows as 'FALSE'. Any idea what this means?

Hi Kristina,
I do know what it means, on mobile search result pages Google might from time to time for webpages that are very fast on mobile add an additional label to the result saying the page is mobile friendly. That label is what Moz is showing you in their reports. Another site copied my content word for word. Whats the best way to handle or report this?
I work at CloudHashing and created a Bitcoin 101 and glossary for the site. - https://cloudhashing.com/bitcoin-101 The content was written by my team members and I, so it's all unique content. This site recently popped up and scraped all of our content - http://www.pacifichashing.com/bitcoin-class-101/ (It looks like they are located in Hong Kong- I'm not positive though) How will this affect us and will it benefit their site to copy our content? What's the best way to handle situations like this? Should I report this? If so, how? It sucks to see something my team and I worked really hard on to have it scraped by a competitor. Rankings go up and down, up and down, up and down
Almost every week we have more than a two dozen keywords that will all suddenly increase in rank only to then decrease in rank right back to where they were the previous week. This happens constantly despite the fact that we are doing very little SEO-wise on a week-to-week basis. What might be causing these constant shifts?

Rank Report Not Updating
The ranking tool indicates that a new rank report will be generated every Tuesday. My last report was on November 15th. It is now November 25th. It missed last week. Should I report something wrong or is this normal? How do I keep it updating on a weekly basis like it's supposed to? I checked in settings to see if I had done anything wrong and couldn't find anything. Regards, Dino

Why does SEO Moz say we are ranked lower than appears on Google Searches?
We are currently ranked 18th for the Sydney Vet keyword in SEO Moz ranking tools, however in organic Google search we are ranked third. This search was conducted without Googles personalised results feature. Is this just an error? Or does it have something to do with Google Places not being counted in SEO Moz ranking tools? Any help would be much appreciated.

Pagerank Update - Decreased Rankings
After the PR update the other day, some of my domain names gained PR (from 0 to 3 or 4) but the kw rank they held previously dropped off the map. Its clear the term pagerank is ill defined. Does anyone have any insight into this?
