Google SERPs displaying Tracking Tags
-
Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me! Can you tell me why Google would be displaying the tracking URLs in the SERPs (screenshot - http://i.imgur.com/gbskD26.jpg)? I'm thinking it may have to do with the canonical URLs, but I'm not sure.. Thanks in advance!

Oleg is right, you should be using canonical tags in this case. However, keep in mind that you can also tell Google, in Google Search Console, which parameters to ignore. If you're using tracking parameters on a regular basis then you'll want to do that, as well. And you should tell Bing Webmaster Tools, as well, to ignore those parameters.
Another option is to list those parameters in your site's robots.txt file so that they're not indexed.

Yep, your canonicals are incorrect which is likely causing the issue. You have all of the office locations canonicaled to https://www.hrblock.com/tax-offices/local-offices/index.html#!/en/office-locator/ and Google is determining that these are separate pages that should be indexed individually. That's probably why they add extra to the title to differentiate the pages.
Instead, on http://www.hrblock.com/tax-offices/local-offices/#!/en/office-profile/3704?otppartnerid=9192&campaignid=pw_mcm_9192_5138 you should have a canonical pointing to http://www.hrblock.com/tax-offices/local-offices/#!/en/office-profile/3704 (the one listing I'm seeing that loads correctly has that style URL in serps).
Try fixing your URLs, and wait for Google to recrawl/index the urls.
Where is Google finding these URLs? I don't see the variables when I browse through the website.

Interest in optimise Google Crawl
Hello, I have an ecommerce site with all pages crawled and indexed by Google. But I have some pages with multiple urls like : www.sitename.com/product-name.html and www.sitename.com/category/product-name.html There is a canonical on all these pages linking to the simplest url (so Google index only one page). So the multiple pages are not indexed, but Google still comes crawling them. My question is : Did I have any interest in avoiding Google to crawl these pages or not ? My point is that Google crawl around 1500 pages a day on my site, but there are only 800 real pages and they are all indexed on Google. There is no particular issue, so is it interesting to make it change ? Thanks

How to rank my website in Google UK?
Hi guys, I own a London based rubbish removal company, but don't have enough jobs. I know for sure that some of my competitors get most of their jobs trough Google searches. I also have a website, but don't receive calls from it at all. Can you please tell me how to rank my website on keywords like: "rubbish removal london", "waste clearance london", "junk collection london" and other similar keywords? I know that for person like me (without much experience in online marketing) will be difficult task to optimize the website, but at least - I need some advices from where to start. I'm also thinking to hire an SEO but not sure where to find a trusted company. Most importantly I have no idea how much should pay to expect good results? What is too much and what is too low? I will appreciate all advices.

Google search results
I have been doing some searches on google to see where my new site shows up, I started using the search words "graphic design firm st. louis" as a gauge, because my title is St. Louis Missouri Graphic Design Firm. I showed up on about page 5 to start , if I include the word "firm" and a few pages further back if I just search "graphic design st. louis", without the word firm. It seemed i was slowly moving up pages with both searches and then a few days ago I jumped to page 1 for search "graphic design firm st. louis" the thing is it doesnt show up at all now if i search "graphic design st. louis" without the word firm. what would cause the one search to jump so high while the other one dissapeared completely?? and what can i do? my keyword density is same for both , any ideas.

Block Google Sitelinks for DSEO?
I am trying to manage DSEO for a client. The question is: would blocking a page listing from my client's Google Sitelinks cause that blocked sitelink page to be independently listed in the rankings and therefore potentially stuff a negative listing further down the rankings? Or would the blocked sitelink not show up at all in the SERPs
