What do the Moz user levels mean?
-
I see that there are 3 other levels to a Moz Community Profile that users can have outside of the traditional 5 levels earned through points (Contributor-Oracle) and they are Pro, Associate and Staff. Obviously, Staff is someone who works at Moz but what do Pro and Associate mean and how do you get them?

Any luck?

Thank you for this information. I'm looking into this and will get back to you. Thanks for your patience!

Thanks, Christy. Here's a couple examples of Pro users:

Hi Authority Networks,
Thanks for your question! You are correct that when you see a "Staff" badge on a Community profile, that means the person is on staff at Moz. You can learn more about "Mozzers" here and view our job openings here.
When you see an "Associate" badge on a Community profile, that means that the person is a member of our Associates Team — an amazing group of experts from across the search marketing industry. Moz Associates contribute to the Moz Blog, answer your questions here in our Q&A forum, and work with us to redefine the future of search! You can view bios for all members of our Associates Team here by selecting "Associates" from the drop-down menu. To learn more about the Moz Associates program, please email us at [email protected].
As for the "Pro" badge, can you share an example or two of Community profiles you're seeing that have that designation?

Hi there,
I believe that Associate is someone that works at MOZ and Pro is someone that has MOZ Pro Account.

Is there still a way to put in a support ticket with Moz. I cannot find it on the site.
I sent an email a few minutes ago to [email protected] but don't know if that is a usable address or not. I would prefer an answer from a Moz staffer. Thanks,

Can I transfer my Moz Profile points to a new profile?
I've moved jobs and that meant changing emails and handing over my Moz account to the company. Afterall, it was the company that paid for the Moz account. I was wondering if I could transfer my points/profile to a new one? Or is it a case of starting from scratch again?

Emails from Moz display incorrect report information
Hey, I have noticed that for the last 3 weeks or so the emails from Moz have been displaying incorrect information. The results it shows in the email seem to be from previous crawls. For example The previous week a sitemap that didn't update that caused 400+ pages to appear as 404's. This wasn't reported in the email and it stated there were only 2 errors on the site. (Of which we knew about anyway and choose to ignore). Thankfully i checked the crawl report anyway out of habit and saw the onsite report to show 400+ crawl errors. I went on to fix these errors. This week, the crawl report showed 400+ crawl errors, I immediately logged on to the website to check the campaign to find there are only the 2 expected crawl errors. It is almost as if the info from the campaign is being pulled and emailed to me seconds before it is updated from the crawl info. I am finding this to be the case in both the keyword and crawl errors email reports.

Everyday i click the reauthorize now and make sure everything is sync properly, but I keep on getting the same error everyday, is there something wrong with GA connection with Moz? I really need urgent help with this problem as I have more than 15 campaigns on moz and this tool is very important for my reporting. Thanks

Cannot Access Moz Analytics
I've been trying to access Moz Analytics for over a month but have continued to see this error message: http://screencast.com/t/GMnN6l9WEI tried on all browsers and cleared my cache. The login works, because I am able to access it on other computers but not on my primary computer. This leads me to believe that Moz' servers are blocking out my computer's IP address for whatever reason.I've tried emailing the help team and calling but have not gotten any sort of response so far. Anyone have a solution?
