Facebook page not showing up on mo report
-
Hi,
I've recently set-up a Moz local account and have submitted my business to it. However for some reason my Facebook page is not showing up in the listing report. The Facebook page is active and has all the NAP details but in the listing report, it only gives the option of creating a listing.
Am I doing somesting wrong?

Hi Surreyroofcare! Sometimes it takes a little while for Moz local to pick up on the listing -- even if you provided them with the exact URL. I would give it some time, continue to monitor it, and then if it still does not pick up the Facebook listing I would reach out directly to the support team. Hope this helps!

Sorry for the trouble! There are a few specific details that need to be present on those listings in order for us to appropriately detect and match them to your Moz Local data. Here is list of the criteria for those sources that will enable us to validate your listing:
- The name, address, and phone number (NAP) listed on the page must be an exact match with the listing in Moz Local.
- The primary phone number listed must be a unique local number or a toll-free number.
- The primary page category must be “local business”.
- A minimum of 2 visitor check-ins are required. Not sure what to do here? Head to Facebook's resources to see how to let people check in and how you can check in.
- The page must be fully accessible to all potential visitors, so any restrictions based on age, location, etc. must be disabled. This can be easily checked by attempting to view the Facebook page in a Chrome incognito browser while not logged into a Facebook account; if you can view the page normally in these conditions, the accessibility should be in good shape!
If you're still unable to determine why we're not picking it up, feel free to write in to [email protected] and we'll be happy to investigate.

Why are none of my directory listings showing any Bing or YP information
I have many Directory listings on Moz and none of them are showing any Bing information and almost no YP information. The listings are just showing this yellow exclamation point. This has been happening for the last few weeks. Why is this happening and how can I get them back?

My Local listings are not showing in Moz
Hello, Our company recently moved offices, so last week I updated the contact details on all the directories we were on and created a few. These include Facebook, google plus, Google business listings, Bing, Scoot, Factual.com, Central Index, Thomson local etc etc. I have re-checked and the details are all correct - address, name, website, telephone number - however when I check my local listings in Moz, only two are showing. Is there anything else I can do?

Difference between 'City' and 'Province' on Moz Local business listing page
Sorry, I'm stuck on this one. I'm trying to clean up my business address on Moz Local as I have a duplicated version that ranks better than my verified listing (which is Fulham Nannies). I'm wondering if the problem arises from my entry on Moz Local's business listing for which I've entered 'London' in both the 'City' and 'Location' fields.. I'm not entirely sure that's correct, or what I should in fact enter in the 'province' field other than what I've got at the moment, I.e. London. Should I put something like 'South West London' for province and keep the city entry as London? I'd really appreciate any guidance anyone might have, thanks in advance.

Insider Pages, Citysearch, and Bing Not Updating
Hello, I have a campaign for "Teasdale Fenton" that we started back in May, 2015 (5 months ago) and Insider Pages, Citysearch, and Bing have been sitting as "Pending" with no estimated update date I believe since we launched the campaign. Can you guys look into it and let me know if I did anything wrong or if there is something holding it back from updating? Thanks, Chris

Insider Pages & City Search Update Not Going Through
Hello, I updated our company phone number about 2 months ago and every aggregator updated except Insider Pages and City Search. They both have empty circles and are showing as Inconsistent when opening up the campaign because they have the old phone number. I thought for awhile it would just take some time, but it doesn't seem to be updating at all. Is it possible that it's stuck? A lot of the others changed to half circles, then full. But this one is just sitting as an empty circle. Thanks, Chris
