Both campaigns are now useless due to URL rewrite?
-
I have two campaigns on Moz and they were doing fine until I made the decision to rewrite my URL to remove www
so, www.thing.com becomes thing.com Moz sees this as a error it seems and I am now getting error code 902.
I tried to change my campaign setting but it won't let me change the URL because it's got historical information that doesn't pertain I guess. What should I do? Was it a mistake to remove the www?
Thanks for any advise,
Greg

I am not blocking anyone and my pages are all less than 2mb, considerably.
My site is https://antiquebanknotes.com
Would the 902's affect my rankings? For example, Moz is telling me that I rank 51+ for "1901 ten dollar bill" but it looks to me like I am 4th

Hey there Greg! Sorry for the trouble here.
According to our crawl error guide, a 902 means "The crawler resolved an IP address from the host name but failed to connect at port 80 for that address. This error may occur when a site blocks Moz's IP address ranges."
You'll want to make sure you're not blocking AWS, and that your pages aren't larger than 2MB. If you're still having trouble figuring out what's happening, feel free to write into [email protected] with the actual URL of your site. Thanks!

Do Archived campaigns contribute to total keyword usage allowed in Moz plan?
We're debating whether to archive some campaigns or delete them entirely. One factor in consideration is if Archived campaigns count towards total keywords allowed in our Moz subscription. Thank you for your insights!

Bring a Campaign Back From the Dead?
Hi SEOMoz, We've deleted a campaign recently that needs to be turned back on. Is there any way to do this? I'd rather not lose the archived rankings and data from the campaign and have to start recording/tracking anew. Thanks
