Rank Tracker report truble

Hello,
I am new at SEOmoz, and I am having some troubles setting up my rank tracking report.
Last week I set up e-mail notifications, but it hasn’t been delivered to this day.
Can anybody tell me when do you usually receive the report via e-mail?

Thank you for you help, I will wait till next week to see what happens, no problem. Of course I can see them in my campaign.

Hi there,
I'm really sorry that you haven't received all of the emails for your rankings updates. We recently switched our emails over to a new server, and it seems the issue you are experiencing is be related to that. Our engineers should be pushing out a fix in the next day or so to correct the bug and they will be monitoring our emailing system closely to make sure this doesn't happen again. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
In the meantime, you should be able to view and download your most recent rankings reports from the Rankings tab of your campaigns.

Check your spam folder. When did you set up the rank tracking report? sometimes it may take the report a couple cycles (a week or so ) to generate the report which would explain why you haven't received anything. If it's been a few weeks, you may want to email into support at SEOMOZ to have them double check.

Why is my page rank disapointing

Magento webshop ranks bad on Category pages
Hi All! Our webshop is www.hond.nl. We operate it for about a year now and it is not ranking on our most important pages. Basically we have 3 types of pages: Category pages, Product pages and 'Splash' pages. The 2nd and the 3rd rank OK. But the 1st, the category pages not at all. While the category pages have the best (hand written, unique) and the most content. For example https://www.hond.nl/hondenvoer.html is not ranking on keyword 'hondenvoer' (position 140...) We have investigated quite thoroughly and did most common (moz) tests and can't find a reason why the category pages don't rank. (could it have something to do with the filters...?) If anybody can shed some light on it, we would be much obliged! Thanks, Sander

Ranking keyword ecommerce product
Hi guys, I run an ecommerce store footdistrict.com. We sell sneakers. My question relates to the name of some of my products and how to rank for them. This concerns to the shoes from New Balance The name of this products follows this format: New Balance XXNumberXXX . But actually I have realized I am ranking for New Balance XXNumber XXX . Note the space between the number and the last 3 characters. All my titles, h1, keywords follow this format. Example: New Balance WL574 RUP vs New Balance WL574RUP My questions are: 1. How would you determine which keyword to rank for: New Balance XXNumberXXX or New Balance XXNumber XXX? I have thought of using analytics data to see the pattern of the users search or maybe the difficulty of the keyword? I am receiving a decent amount of traffic for New Balance XXNumber XXX but I wonder if it'd be higher ranking for New Balance XXNumberXXX 2. Does the algorithmn take into account this space? According to the On page Grader, I have an A for New Balance XXNumber XXX and a F for New Balance XXNumber XXX but I assume the engine doesn't work this way 3. What would you do? What is the difference between the Rank Tracker and the On-page Optimization page?
Both of them track keywords. In the Rank Tracker, you add each keyword manually and you associate it with a URL. For On-page Optimization page, the URLs are generated automatically based on searches and traffic?

Keyword Difficulty Report vs Rankings Report
Hi, Question: Is there a difference between the Keyword Difficulty Report and the Rankings Report? I am tracking a long tail phrase in the Rankings Report for a Campaign. The Google results are that it's not in the top 50. Yet, in the Keyword Difficulty report, there it is in the 5th spot. I'm not sure I know which to believe. Thanks!

Keyword ranking - authority information
How can you explain that a website (not mine) appears on 1st place in Google (on the Keyword Difficulty Tool/Ranking Analysis) but the Page Authority, Page Linking Root Domains, Domain Authority, and Root Domain Linking Root Domains are much lower than the other websites on the list. Even when running the On-Page Report Card, this website gets grade F comparing to the other (including mine) websites that get better grades. I just want to understand which criteria I'm missing that can explain why a website appears on first place when it seems it's not well optimized. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
