Need help with Title tags
-
Hello,
My site is www.BrooklynSigns.com. This site just went up about 2 weeks ago. The site had about 130 old urls which we redirected by using 301 REDIRECT plugin. Google had indexed the site at least 4 times but still bot reading the correct title tag. I need to know what is wrong and what I can do to fix this.

Hello,
Thanks so much for all your help. I created a crawl report from Moz and discover that crawler is reading 2 urls. I am not sure if that is normal.
Thanks

I see what Federico is seeing. So you should be ok.
I have experienced yoast's plugin conflicting with some themes though, when it came to title and description tags. Sometimes, Google indexes the theme's built in SEO title tag together with Yoast's plugin. It's weird, but I've seen it happen before.

Seems that you have lots of plugins that could interfere with the real results. Google is picking up your Title, and description tags accurately. What you are seeing is a local listing. You can also edit that listing to help Google better describe the business. But to answer your question, google is showing the correct title/desc tags:

Categories for Google My Business pages - do they need to match terms on website?
I have a chiropractor client with three locations. Because the Chiropractor category is very competitive, whomever originally set-up their GMB pages elected to use the category "Pain Control Clinic" for two locations, and "Medical Center" for the third location. They rank badly for these categories. Their website does not contain many signals for pain control or medical center; it is very much chiropractor focused. Is this something Google takes into consideration when deciding how to rank GMB pages?

Local Business Audit Help.....
Hello Every one, I recently got a big project for cleaning up some old listings (around 120 locations), witch means to claim and delete them, as you guys know most of the directory's don't give the option to delete the listing after you claim that. I am trying to figure out the approach for something like that.......considering time consuming and efficiency! any help will be appreciated!! Cheers

Local Search and Schema.org - Do I need to tag up the "same as" Property to all my citations to help with local rankings?
Hi All, We have implemented Schema.og on our website and this also includes the local business schema for all of our branches. However I've read an article (see below ) which says we should also be doing "same as " property and linking this to ALL of our citations such as google plus page , yelp , bing places, city search etc etc as this will help with citations. I am wondering if anyone has done this ? - And if so , has this helped with local rankings etc - I don't really want to invest the extra costs to get this done if I can't find anywhere that says its made a difference - The article from whitespark - says - "when you create new citations for your business (or for your client’s), it’s a waiting game hoping that Google and the other search engines will find your new citations quickly and make the connection between those listings, the business, and the website. The “sameAs” property can help make that process much quicker _and _easier. Schema.org explains that the “sameAs” property is used along with the “URL of a reference Web page that unambiguously indicates the item's [or business’] identity.” By using the “sameAs” property in your NAP schema markup, you can tell search engines that the business you’ve marked up is the same one found at a certain citation URL Of course, Google+ isn’t the only important citation source. There’s also Bing Places, Facebook, Yelp, Citysearch and a few others. The nice thing about many schema.org properties is that you can use them multiple times in your markup." I am wondering what peoples thoughts were and whether they has implemented this and if so , did it help ? thanks Pete | [sameAs](http://schema.org/sameAs) | URL | URL of a reference Web page that unambiguously indicates the item's identity. Should I change my listing title or even my domain
I have a domain for a lawn maintenance company. The domain is something like mycompanyyardcare.com Even though this company do yard care most of the business that is trying to attract is Lawn maintenance. The keywords that most people type when they are looking for this service is "lawn care". Should i change my domain to mycompanylawncare.com instead of mycompanyyardcare.com? Other thing, in the listings or links that I'm creating in directories, the company name is Mycompany yard care & snow removal. Should I change to Mycompany lawn care & snow removal?

Has 3 Locations, all of them were claimed by another company 1 year ago. But now I cant re-claim them unless the other company releases them but that wont be easy. Any suggestions? Also, when dealing with multiple locations is it better to have 1 email address for all or 1 email for each? Thanks0
