Social interactions
-
I just ran a campaign for one of my web sites and am a little bit confused.
Social Interactions states 0 new for all of last week. That's odd, because we are very active with facebook, twitter, and instagram.
On top of that, we blog daily and always tweet and post links to our blog posts.
Google Analytics tells us that we're getting traffic from Social Media web sites. But MOZ campaign says there's nothing.
Also, Brands and Mentions indicate just one mention? Strange and disappointing.
Can anyone explain? Thanks

Hi there! Has this issue been resolved? Just want to make sure things are working smoothly for you now... and if not, make it right.

Hi there! Actually, you need to make sure that you have added the correct URLs for the social profiles you would like to track within Moz Analytics _when configuring the corresponding campaign within Moz Analytics. _If you have correctly done this, only Moz Helpsters will be able to see which social profiles you are tracking (in addition to yourself and anyone else who authorized to log into your Moz account.) To be clear, whether or not you have linked to any social profiles from your public user profile does not matter in this instance.
All that said, many Moz Analytics subscribers are currently not seeing social data activity tracked in one or more of their campaigns. This has proved to be a quite complicated issue, but it is a high-priority issue currently being worked on. A fix will be deployed as soon as possible. For more details, and updates on all known issues, please check http://health.moz.com.
I am so sorry about all this! And I really appreciate your understanding and patience.
Kind Wishes,

To receive information on social interactions, I believe you have to add links to each of your social sites on your profile. After taking a look at yours, you haven't done so yet. You can do this be going to your profile, clicking "Edit", and then adding the unique URL string from your profiles to each of the forms provided.
I hope that helps - Cheers!

Unsolved Website Traffic
Greetings All. I'm working on a new business website for a client, and I've been accessing the site numerous times daily (troubleshooting, confirming changes, etc.). I've been using Google search to access the site, and I use a VPN so that my IP would be random. So I would presume that the site traffic should be increasing. But on the last Moz Pro crawl, the site traffic was still listed as 0.

Moz not able to crawl our site - any advice?
When I try and crawl our site through Moz it gives this message: Moz was unable to crawl your site on Aug 7, 2019. Our crawler was banned by a page on your site, either through your robots.txt, the X-Robots-Tag HTTP header, or the meta robots tag. Update these tags to allow your page and the rest of your site to be crawled. If this error is found on any page on your site, it prevents our crawler (and some search engines) from crawling the rest of your site. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. I have been through all the help and doesn't seem to be any issues. You can check the site and robots.txt here: https://myfamilyclub.co.uk/robots.txt. Anyone got any advice on where I could go to get this sorted?
