I am doing a $10'000 giveaway to get more automotive dealers to an auction in Detroit to buy cars from my clients wholesale company which is called www.canadiansupersellers.com. We are going to give away Super Bowl Sunday tickets to create fans and followers but mainly to get dealers to show up to auction this Thursday. Is this something that anyone would be interested in helping me promote? If you can give me reasonable assurances that we can get results I can pay whatever is reasonable. The auction that we are promoting is Next thursday so I would like to start seeing results by as early as Tuesday. Is a budget of $1500 reasonable? Thanks, David [email protected]

Hi David,
Thanks for posting to Moz Q&A! I'm afraid, though, that the forum is intended to help folks get help with marketing issues that are stumping them, whereas this is really more promotional, or a job listing.
I'm going to lock this thread to further commenting. Thank you for understanding, and please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

This Thursday... just four days away?
You are starting very late for sticking $10,000 on the line.
I would use FedEx rather than the Internet. Your target audience is dozens of people and for $1500 you could FexEx them on Monday a golden invitation and a lottery ticket.

Unusual post. Difficult without a deep dive. But generally multiple options but for $1500.00 it appears an Adwords/Facebook, type scenario. Facebook you can get specific & granular in audience targeting and re-marketing. With that budget I would have though DIY. The other option, is it seems like a narrow audience is simply cold call or email them...
I would also recommend a press release and drive for some local coverage, it would be great for backlinks and building site authority. It is tough but you only have limited time. Alot to do all the best.
Hope that assists.

HELP my client wants to run two yoga companies from the same address
My client has been very successful in local for yoga hertford. Now she wants to do an additional site with five other yogies. The name of the company is obviously different and as with her original company hertsyoga - the actual venues for the sessions are all over the place but principally at a local venue called the Castle which hires out a studio. My question is what do I do to keep her Nap consistent. She apparently has friendly neighbours who are happy for her to use their address (one door up), and apparently they wont move! But I really don't think they will be happy for me to put their address on the site and in citations locally. What should I do?

Do I need to use a CNAME for wistia video hosting?
I'm using Wisita for video hosting. My strategy is to allow other sites to embed videos to get links - I want the video linking back to my site not wistia or the embeding site. Do I need to use the Wistia CNAME or is a wistia subdomain acceptable?

Local SEO Help!
At the minute 12 out of my 16 clients are Local SEO clients. I'm new to SEO Moz and still only at the low level subscription which gives me 5 campaigns. It seems to me (and I may be wrong) that SEO Moz is more suited for my clients that want to rank nationally. SEO Moz seems like it might be a little overkill for using up a campaign for local seo. I'm going to stay with SEO Moz as it is great for the few clients I have that want to rank nationally. So my question is does anyone know of a similar company to SEO Moz that focuses soley on local seo? Does anyone have experience with Bright Local? How about shedding some light on what reporting software is good for LOCAL SEO? http://www.brightlocal.com/seo-tools/ Thanks

Optimizing Google Places Listing - Please Help!
I claimed the Google Places listing a few months ago - added a description and all the necessary information. Finally got the page to show up in the places category on the 5th page for the search "vet las vegas". Then on some computers it likes to show up on the 8th page and on others the 5th page - weird!?. I need some help on the following: How can I get Google to put my website as an link in the "More About This Place"/citation section? The old website which was at a different domain is present but not the new one (the new one has been live for 2 months). -Am I missing any key information to help with my ranking? The 8th page is a pretty poor ranking and holds no value whatsoever. The description I typed out on Google Places does not display in the search results. - I am assuming adding citations is essentially just about adding backlinks that Google can pull to add to the "More About This Place" section - any surefire ways to get more citations there? WEBSITE: http://www.petmedicalcenter.com PLACES PAGE: http://maps.google.com/maps/place?hl=en&prmd=ivnscm&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&biw=1187&bih=649&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=vet+las+vegas&fb=1&gl=us&hq=vet&hnear=0x80beb782a4f57dd1:0x3accd5e6d5b379a3,Las+Vegas,+NV&cid=13431404354265657899&ei=5Bf1TdvWLIey0AGe-M3sDA&sa=X&oi=local_result&ct=placepage-link&resnum=4&ved=0CEIQ4gkwAzhG Any other feedback or ideas would be really appreciated. Thank you to all the SEOMOZ members would have helped me over the last month - you guys are awesome! Thanks again, Brant

Will linking to my citation sources help google recognize them / credit my places account?
Or does google treat this behavior the same way as a reciprocal link and discount any credibility of the citation?

Will linking to my citation sources help google recognize them / credit my places account?
Or will those sources be discounted by google then similar to how google discounts link exchanges? I have noticed some pages, like mapquest, don't really have a directory, so google might not be aware of their content unless it is linked too??? In this type of a case, would it help to link to mapquest's search results? then the citation will get picked up by google? Example: http://www.mapquest.com/?hk=6-i30tP49i
