One page sites are fine and dandy, but if you are a local biz...Just no!
Here's my story with a few questions.
I did a search on google site:http://eatfullbellydeli.com/ and it resulted in four pages: Main; menu; hello world; category; uncategorized. I'm not a web designer...I do seo.
1.) How rude would it be for me to reach out to the designer to comment and give suggestions?
2.) or should I reach out to the owner.
3.) Or just close my eyes and say "i hate people that take advantage of others"

Hey There OhMichael,
I want to be sure I'm understanding your query. I believe what you are saying is that you are an SEO and have identified a website that you don't feel has been well optimized. I'm not quite sure if you're saying this is a deli you personally dine at, or if you just found this doing a Google search. In any case, how you proceed would be based on what your agency's sales practices are. For example, some agencies send representatives to local businesses, some do cold calling/cold emailing (a rather difficult approach given how inundated business owners are with these pitches), some rely on paid advertising or their organic strength to bring in leads, and others receive a large amount of business on the strength of reputation, alone.
For my own marketing firm, we've mainly relied on reputation over the years, though when we first got started, we did do some cold e-mailing and personal sales visits to local businesses (that was back in the day, though, before owners were so inundated).
The best thing might be if you had a personal relationship with the deli (like being a regular customer there) that would facilitate striking up a conversation with the owner about how happy they are with the amount of business their website is generating for them. Then, if they're not already happy, you might have an opportunity to tell them about what improvements to the website and local search marketing could do for them, and see if they're interested.
If you have no relationship with the business, then cold outreach of whatever kind simply may not lead to anything for your agency, due to owner saturation.
Have I understood your question correctly? If I'm not quite getting what you're asking, please feel free to provide some more details.

I have a site with a lot of subdomains and I want to see what keywords each is ranking for.
Do I have to enter them manually, one at a time, in the keyword subdomain search or is there a way to submit a list of subdomains and have Moz generate a report of the results?

Had a local SEO client completely drop off in all rankings...?
Hey everyone! I wanted to ask the Moz community on what I should be on the lookout for in this situation; I have a local SEO client, an orthopedic clinic, who out of nowhere completely dropped off the map. Their Search Visibility is now at .001%. I really have no idea what would have caused this... I have dozens of other local SEO clients and have never seen this before.

Changing Recognized Address Impact Local SEO
One of my clients is moving offices. They want to change the recognized address from: REAL ADDRESS: 4a Normal Road, Normal Area, City, POSTCODE To: MODIFIED ADDRESS: Fancy Name, Normal Road, Normal Area, City, POSTCODE I imagine this may cause issues when one tries to build some citations, with the address not being recognized by the site. Perhaps there are other issues, can anyone foresee any problems with the change? Local results are very important to this company, would it be better to stick with the real street address?

Please help me figure out how come E Appliance Repair Yelp page pops out every time I search Google for next keywords: Dacor repair Los Angeles, Miele repair Los Angeles, Sub Zero repair Los Angeles, and others like those? What direction do I need to move in to get close to those results? Any advise will be highly appreciated!

Non-www or www from outside links to my site?
I'm new on SEO and recently redid this my website. This website is a local business that just sell around my city, so I started linking the website on listing sites. I found one directory that didn't allow me to add a non-www, so I change on every listing site or directory to www, It seems you can get your google ranking harmed if there is variations to access your website.I know that everything will arrive on the same page no matter I have a non-www or www, but the Website is Hosted on Godaddy and it seems that they don't use the www version even if you want. So my domain is non-www. On the other hand I just have been notified that google webmaster tools couldn't verify my account and I did it again and is verified now. Cheking again on WMT, it doesn't show the previous links that were under "Links to Your Site" it just show "no data available". Here in MOZ it show different results between non-www and www Why is this happening? What should I do? And in which way my google ranking can be affected by this?

SEO issues with Physician and Practice not ranking for their own names
I've inherited an SEO client who's got all kinds of ranking problems. Currently his name Dr. Laddis shows up for his old practice, Saratoga Cardiology Associates (http://saratogacardiology.com/) instead of his current one Cardiology Specialty Services (http://cardiologyspecialtyservices.org/ ) He's also showing up with a G+ for the old practice that's listed as closed. The 2nd listing is for his bio on the hospital page.(<cite class="_Rm">https://saratogahospital.org/doctor/theodoros-laddis-md-facc/ )</cite> Then come the usual Dr directories. His YouTube channel shows up. But his actual website isn't until the middle of the 2nd page. I'm also having similar issues getting the practice to show up in search (http://cardiologyspecialtyservices.org/ ). As I was coming on board, they also had a name change from Saratoga Cardiology Specialty Services to Cardiology Specialty Services. Their G+ local business page has the custom URL for Saratoga Cardiology Specialty Services but the name on the page is Cardiology Specialty Services. Their website is actually part of the hospital multisite with a URL redirect. While the site shows up for "cardiologist Saratoga" their G+ page doesn't show up.(https://plus.google.com/+Saratogacardiologyspecialtyservices/about ). I've also done on-page SEO and am still in the process of submitting to directories. Any thoughts on what the hangup is or what I can do to clear up this mess would be appreciated.

Is Google + really being quietly shut down? What does this mean for SEO?
I've recently seen & read more and more articles about Google +'s imminent shut down. How likely is that to happen and how will this affect Google Pages for Business, and overall SEO strategies? Like this article right here.

Foreign languages and SEO: product description
Hi everyone, I have hit a brick wall with regards with the SEO of one of our sites. This is concerning a Belgium based webshop which sells toys. The server is based in the Belgium and the domainname ends also .be . They try to put as much possible dutch/belgium text on the website but the amount of this is very low compared to the english text on the website. The problem starts when they import product description from the main manufacturer which is in english. this means when the customer visits the website, it's dutch, but the product description is in english I have pointed out this but they pointed out the fact they import with 1 click 500 products, but it takes them ages to translate this to dutch. Now is my theory, the way they are doing this, will hurt their ranking a lot in the google.be search engine compared to their competitors to the point that less than 10% of their site is in dutch/belgium and the rest in english. I am thinking of the possibility of suggesting to let them use google translate to automatically translate the products before putting them on the website. It won't be a great translation, but it will stop hurting their ranking and will even contribute to increase their ranking. I thought they do this, and put a small link to the english version of the manufacturer. I would love to hear others thoughts on how to do this with as efficient and fast as possible.
