How long Moz Keyword ranking get data from google ranking search
-
Hi, i got some keywords that already ranked in line 50 of google but Moz keyword ranking still show zero ranking keyword, it's almost a week or more. It's already showing in google ranking but how long Moz will collect the data, or is there something I miss about it please let me know, Thank you

The time it takes for Moz to retrieve keyword ranking data from Google's search results can vary. Generally, Moz updates its keyword ranking data approximately once a week. However, it's important to note that there may be a delay between when changes in search rankings occur and when Moz reflects those changes in its data.
Factors that can influence the timing of keyword ranking updates include the frequency of Moz's web crawling, the scale of the data they need to process, and Google's own algorithms and policies regarding data access.
If you need the most up-to-date and real-time ranking data, it's a good practice to monitor Google Search Console or use other SEO tools that provide more frequent updates. Moz's keyword ranking data, while valuable, should be considered as a snapshot at a specific point in time rather than real-time information.

It totally depends on the growing speed of website. If your website has started ranking in a month with good visitors, you'll be getting the ranking keywords in the Moz. But if your website is not ranking, how you can get the data from any tool. So, it depends on the ranking speed.

@ilhamyani HI it may take 3-6 months to reflect in Moz.

Unsolved Wild fluctuations in ranking, any thoughts on why or what to do about it?
We have a keyword which is important to us and used to have rock steady rankings for over a decade. Over the past 9 months or so it has been fluctuating all over the place. Jumping up or down 20 places or so overnight. Any thoughts on this behaviour and what we should be doing to stabilise the ranking?Screenshot 2024-05-13 at 09.47.jpg

Only my homepage ranks for my keywords, should I delete my other pages?
I am an independent artist and all of my business inquiries come through my website (www.ChrisCarlsonArt.com). Over the last 6 months I have been trying to get pages other than my homepage to rank for my keywords, but I haven't made any progress. I worry that I am cannibalizing my keywords since my pages all have similar information. Should I just delete my other pages and focus on ranking my homepage? Also, if I delete my other pages will that have a negative impact on my rankings?

Blog article cannibalizes our home page
Hello there, We're having a rather big SEO issue that I’m hoping someone here can help us with, perhaps having experienced the same thing or simply understanding what's going on. Since around June, our website's home page has lost the majority of its most important rankings. Not just dropping, but losing them entirely and all at once. We think it was self-inflicted: Almost at the same time, a blog article of ours (which we had recently updated) started ranking for almost all the same keywords. While our home page is a commercial page highlighting only our own product, the article that usurped the position is a comparison article, comparing our own solution to competitors. The reason we created that article is because we noticed a trend of Google increasingly favoring such comparison articles over dedicated product pages. But of course we didn’t plan to cannibalize our own home page with it. My question is whether anyone has experience with such a case? Is there a way to "tell"/influence Google to rank our home page again, instead of ranking that article? Thanks a lot, Pascal

Unsolved Site showing up in Google search results for irrelevant keywords
Hi there, one of my client's sites is showing up in Google search results / getting a lot of site traffic from keywords that while very close to words we're actually trying to target on the site, are irrelevant for the client and their site content. Does anyone have ideas of how to address this?

Page Title Displaying Wrong Company Name in Google Search Results
Currently, in some of our keyword search results, the wrong company name is showing up in the page title. We are a family of companies that all provide different modes of transportation. When we search up "Herc Air Charters" in Google Search Engine, the wrong operating company shows up in the page title (see screenshot, second result: "Lynden Transport" is our trucking company, and does not offer any air charter, this should say "Lynden Air Cargo"). Google decides what is best to put in these titles, so what would be the best way to ensure the correct company name is being displayed? Google Search Issue.PNG

Unsolved Ranking not collecting keywords
Hi, we recently migrated our blog to be on the same domain as our main website. It's been about a month. I have continued adding more keywords we'd like to track to our Ranking list on Moz. But it's been a week and the keywords are still not collecting. Is this something we need to fix on our end, or is there something going on with Moz? keyword ranking issues.png
