Pages with Title Element is Too Short (Chinese)
-
How do these issues apply to a Chinese website? Should I ignore the issues on Moz regarding this? Thanks.

Thanks - it's my real name! I'm more a fan of Saruman...

Hi Christopher Lee (¿Is it your real name or you just like the Count Doku?).
Sincerely I wouldn't take into consideration the Title Tag advice from the Moz Crawler, also because it is based over Google best practice, not Baidu; and they are a little bit different.
I strongly suggest you giving a look to this page, that explains well all about the Title Tag for Baidu.

I suspect we count each character as just one character, so we'd see your title as six characters long. Since most "words" in Chinese are 1-2 characters long (I speak a tiny bit of Mandarin, poorly), it's fair to say that this guideline isn't going to be very useful. Generally, a title being too short is just a heads up - it's not the kiss of death, but something you might want to consider.
-
My personal opinion is not to worry about it, but I'll ask around here for a second opinion from someone with a little more experience in this space.

I think Chinese uses fewer characters to express meaning.

Can you list the title? We sometimes have problems with non-latin character sets. Right now, we don't have enough info to give you a solid answer. Thanks!
If you would prefer not to list those details in a public forum, you can create a help ticket at https://mza.bundledseo.com/help/contact and we'll take a look at it there.

Why Google Is Changing our Title Tags?
Hi fellow Moz SEOs, Need your URGENT help! We set an optimised title for our client websites. These titles are approved by our clients. When they checked on Google, noticed the title was not the same. They notified me about this issue. The title looks fine when I checked the source code. Why Google set our title differently? For example: Title approved by client: Heart Specialist Clinic Singapore | Cardiology Clinic | Dr. Lim Ing Haan

Google set our title: Carpe Diem: Child care Centre in Singapore| Top Preschool Every day, they are requesting me to update Google's title with their approved title. Also, asking me these questions.
Why did this happen?

Include mobile and international versions of pages to sitemap or not?
My pages already have alternate and hreflang references to point to international and mobile versions of the content. If I add 5 language desktop versions and 5 language mobile versions as https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2620865?hl=en explains, my sitemap will get bulky. What are the pros and cons for referencing all page versions in sitemap and for include just general (English/Desktop) version in sitemap?

URL Structure - Homepage, Country and State Pages
Hello, I am creating a website (or websites if best format) that will have state-specific boating license courses for every state in the US, Canada and Australia. I would like the content to be available on the website in English, French and Spanish. I want to be the global leader in providing boat test courses. For the (1) homepage, (2) country pages, and (3) state pages, what is best SEO format I should use for:

(a) URL structure
(b) "href lang" code
(c) rel canonical code
(d) will meta content with non-English pages need to also be in the non-English language of that page? Also, what server company do you recommend I host my website with? I am a non-programmer and learning SEO, so any and all help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much in advance!!!0 -
Are my translated pages damaging my ranking?
Hi there, I have a site in English but with duplicates in different languages. The first problem is that these translated versions of my site receive no ranking on google stars (while the english does) - why is this? The second problem is that SEOmoz counts the errors on my site and then duplicates this error count for all the translated versions of my site - meaning I have a huge amount of errors (too many on-page links). Add this to the fact that I use affilite ID´s to track different types of traffic to my site - so all page urls in english and other languages, with an affiliate id on the end of the url, count as an error. This means I have a huge amount of on page errors indicated by SEOmoz, plus no ranking for my translated pages - I think this is really harming my overall ranking and site trust. What are your opinions on this?

Should product-pages with different currencies have different URLs?
Here is a question that should be of interest for small online merchants selling internationally in multiple currencies. When, based on geolocation, a product-page is served with different currencies, should a product-page have a different URL for each currency? Thanks.

Duplicated 404 Pages (Travel Industry)
Our website has creating numberous "future pages" with no alt tag or class tag that are showing up as 404 pages, To make matters worst, they are causing duplicate 404 pages because we have different languages. The visitors cant find the 404s but the searchbots can. Would it better to remove or add the links to robot.txt or add nofollow/noindex tag? This is an example. http://www.solmelia.com/nGeneral.LINK_FAQ http://www.solmelia.com/nGeneral.LINK_HOTELESDESTINOS_BODAS http://www.solmelia.com/nGeneral.LINK_CONDICIONES http://www.solmelia.com/nGeneral.LINK_MAPSITE http://www.solmelia.com/nGeneral.LINK_HOTELESDESTINOS_EMPRESA
